Ducati V4 Superbike caught on video!

Belgian-based motoring media MaxxMoto has released a video of what seems to be the new Ducati V4 superbike doing some runs in a test track.

The upcoming V4-powered Ducati production superbike carries a soundtrack similar to the Ducati Desmosedici GP bike or even the Honda RC213V.

It can also be assumed that the new Ducati will be using the “big bang” engine firing sequence which carries a very unique riding experience compared to usual V4 engine configurations.

A recent report released by Belgian-based motoring media MaxxMoto shows that they have been keeping a very close eye on the upcoming Ducati V4 superbike. In their latest video, it seems that they’ve managed to catch a glimpse of the four-cylinder Ducati Panigale replacement ripping through the test track. (more…)

MotoGP: Dovizioso conquers Austria; Marquez & Pedrosa podium

The Austrian MotoGP round of 2017 saw a tremendous battle between race winner Andrea Dovizioso (Ducati Team) and championship leader, Marc Marquez (Repsol Honda).

After overtaking Jorge Lorenzo (Ducati Team) who led the first half of the race, the duo battled continuously up until the very last corner of the very last lap.

Fellow Repsol Honda rider, Dani Pedrosa completed the podium spot with a third place finish.

The 11^th round of the MotoGP 2017 held at the iconic Red Bull Ring in Spielberg, Austria was indeed a great addition into the history books as one of the most captivating races of all time. (more…)

Motosikal Superbike Ducati V4 Baru akan Diperkenalkan Pada Bulan September?

Motosikal Superbike Ducati V4 yang baru mungkin sekali akan diperkenalkan lebih awal dari apa yang kami jangkakan berdasarkan sumber beberapa media permotoran Itali yang telah menerima jemputan ke sebuah acara Ducati pada 7 September 2017.
Acara yang dianjurkan oleh Ducati itu bersempena dengan pusingan MotoGP Misano yang akan berlangsung pada hujung minggu itu dari 8 hingga 10 September 2017.
Ianya telah dikatakan bahawa acara ini akan memperkenalkan “the sound of a new era” yang mana bagaikan merujuk kepada kemunculan enjin empat silinder motosikal superbike keluaran Ducati pada acara tersebut.

New Ducati V4 superbike will be introduced in September?

The new Ducati V4 superbike might be unveiled earlier than we expected based on a few Italian motoring medias receiving an invitation to a Ducati event on 7 September 2017.

The event organised by Ducati is in conjunction with the MotoGP Misano round which is happening that weekend from 8 to 10 September 2017.

It is said that the event will be introducing “the sound of a new era” which points to the direction of Ducati’s four-cylinder production superbike engine coming to life during the event.

According to a few recent reports made by the Italian international media, they’ve reportedly received invitations to an event organised by Ducati at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli on 7 September 2017; a day before the MotoGP weekend starts at the legendary circuit. (more…)

MotoGP: Marquez Meneruskan Penguasaan Di Sachsenring; Folger Dan Pedrosa Penuhi Podium

Pusingan MotoGP Jerman menyaksikan Marc Marquez (Repsol Honda) meneruskan penguasaannya di Sachsenring dengan kemenangan bergaya dari petak pertama.
Namun, Jonas Folger (Monster Yamaha Tech 3) telah mencuri perhatian semua dengan persembahan yang menakjubkan di hadapan penonton tuan rumah, dan berjaya merangkul tempat kedua.
Pelumba rookie MotoGP itu memberikan saingan yang hebat kepada Marquez, malah berjaya mendahului perlumbaan pada satu ketika sebelum terpaksa berpuas hati di tempat kedua kerana kehausan tayar.

MotoGP: Marquez continues Sachsenring Domination; Folger and Pedrosa Podium

The German MotoGP round saw Marc Marquez (Repsol Honda) continue his domination at Sachsenring with a textbook win from pole position.

All the attention however was placed on second place finisher, Jonas Folger (Monster Yamaha Tech 3) who gave an impressive performance in front of his home crowd.

The MotoGP rookie gave Marquez a run for his money and even managed to lead the race before having to pull back due to tyre wear.

The master of Sachsenring Marc Marquez (Repsol Honda) extended his unbeatable eighth straight win at Sachsenring halfway through the 2017 MotoGP season. This eighth straight win also marked his impressive stat of winning all these races from pole position. The win also puts Marquez ahead of the 2017 championship with a total of 129 points. (more…)

MotoGP: Dovizioso Memperoleh Dua Kemenangan Berturut-turut Bagi Ducati Sejak 2010 di GP Sepanyol

Perlumbaan MotoGP pada hujung minggu yang lalu menyaksikan Andrea Dovizioso (Ducati Team) memenangi perlumbaan dengan begitu selesa di GP Sepanyol di hadapan pasangan penunggang pasukan Repsol Honda, Marc Marquez dan Dani Pedrosa.
Kemenangan ini merupakan kali pertama Ducati memenangi dua perlumbaan berturut-turut sejak 2010 ketika legenda MotoGP, Casey Stoner, masih berlumba dengan mereka.

MotoGP: Dovizioso scores Ducati’s First back-to-back Win since 2010

Last weekend’s MotoGP race saw Andrea Dovizioso (Ducati Team) with a very comfortable race win in the Spanish GP ahead of the Repsol Honda duos, Marc Marquez and Dani Pedrosa.

This win marks Ducati’s first ever back-to-back win since 2010 when MotoGP Legend Casey Stoner was racing with them.

Jorge Lorenzo (Ducati Team) crossed the line in P4 ahead of Monster Yamaha Tech 3 riders, Johann Zarco and Jonas Folger.

It was a weird, unpredictable yet amazing MotoGP race weekend over at Catalunya where Andrea Dovizioso crossed the line comfortably in first place for the second time in a row on board his Ducati Desmosedici GP17. This win for ‘DesmoDovi’ marks Ducati first ever back-to-back win for the giant red Italian manufacturer since 2010 when MotoGP Legend Casey Stoner was racing with them. (more…)

Enjin Ducati MotoGP Baru Sedang Dibangunkan

Danilo Petrucci (OCTO Pramac Racing) telah diberikan satu peluang untuk mengemudi jentera Desmosedici GP17 terbaru dan pada masa yang sama
membantu membangunkan enjin MotoGP Ducati yang baru.
Tiada butiran tepat yang diberikan tentang enjin baru ini namun Petrucci mengatakan bahawa enjin ini akan diberikan kembali kepada pasukan pengilang sesudah mereka menjalankan kesemua ujian.
Petrucci juga mengatakan bahawa enjin ini mempunyai kuasa yang agak sama seperti enjin GP17 yang semasa tetapi dengan beberapa bahagian yang berlainan: berkemungkinan sekali pada pendikit, ekzosnya dan lain-lain.

MotoGP: ‘DesmoDovi’ Menjadi Penunggang Itali Pertama Memenangi GP Itali Di Atas Jentera Ducati

Pusingan MotoGP di Mugello semalam menyaksikan Andrea Dovizioso (Ducati Team) menjadi penunggang Itali yang pertama memenangi GP Itali di atas motosikal buatan Itali.
Kemenangan ini melonjakkan ‘DesmoDovi’ ke kedudukan kedua dalam kutipan mata dengan 79 mata dibelakang peneraju kejohanan yang juga di tempat kedua perlumbaan, Maverick Viñales (Movistar Yamaha MotoGP).
Danilo Petrucci (OCTO Pramac Racing) memburu kelompok pendahulu perlumbaan dan merampas tempat ketiga dari wira tuan rumah, Valentino Rossi (Movistar Yamaha MotoGP).

MotoGP: ‘DesmoDovi’ became First Italian Rider to win the Italian GP on a Ducati

The MotoGP round in Mugello yesterday saw Andrea Dovizioso (Ducati Team) became the first ever Italian rider to win the Italian GP on an Italian bike.

The win pushed ‘DesmoDovi’ to the second position in the world standings with 79 points behind championship leader and second place finisher, Maverick Vinales (Movistar Yamaha MotoGP).

Danilo Petrucci (OCTO Pramac Racing) hunted down the front runners and snatched the final podium spot away from hometown hero, Valentino Rossi (Movistar Yamaha MotoGP).

Ducati’s very own Andrea Dovizioso and their beloved Ducati Desmosedici GP17 created history yesterday in Mugello. Their amazing win marked the first ever Italian rider to win the Italian GP on an Italian bike. New Ducati MotoGP Engine in the Works

Danilo Petrucci (OCTO Pramac Racing) was given the chance to pilot the latest Desmosedici GP17 but at the same time help develop a new Ducati MotoGP engine.

No specific details were given on the new engine but Petrucci stated that the engine will be given back to the factory team once they’re done with all of the tests.

Petrucci also commented that the engine has roughly the same power as the current GP17 engine except for a few parts; most probably throttle body, exhaust, etc.

OCTO Pramac Racing MotoGP rider Danilo Petrucci is currently developing a brand new engine to be used on the Ducati Desmosedici GP17. The OCTO Pramac racing team was given the latest Ducati MotoGP machinery with the condition of assisting in developing and testing new parts before handing the information back over to the factory team.
