2017 Yamaha NVX launched! RM10,500 (basic price with GST)

Hong Leong Yamaha Motors (HLYM) Malaysia has finally launched the 2017 Yamaha NVX into the Malaysian market.

The Yamaha NVX comes with a number of futuristic specs like a full LED meter panel, start and stop system, Smart Key functionality and a charging socket for mobile devices.

The all-new NVX with EEV (Energy Efficient Vehicle) status is priced at RM10,500 (basic price with GST) and will be available in three different colours; Blue, Red and Black.

MotoWorld Memulakan Tabung Derma Buat Norizman Ismail

MotoWorld Malaysia akan menjalankan satu inisiatif bagi bulan Ramadan ini untuk Allahyarham Norizman Ismail, penunggang Malaysian Cub Prix yang telah terkorban.
Sebahagian daripada pendapatan jualan keseluruhan dari sekarang hingga ke Hari Raya nanti akan disalurkan ke keluarga Norizman untuk kegunaan Hari Raya Aidilfitri.
MotoWorld Malaysia juga akan menyediakan satu tabung sumbangan di kedai mereka yang terletak di Petaling Jaya bagi mereka yang ingin menderma secara terus ke keluarga Norizman.

MotoWorld initiates donation drive for Norizman Ismail

MotoWorld Malaysia will be running a generous initiative for the holy month of Ramadan for the fallen Malaysian Cub Prix rider, Norizman Ismail.

A portion of their total sales earnings from now until Hari Raya will be donated to Norizman’s family for the upcoming Hari Raya Aidilfitri.

MotoWorld Malaysia will also set up a donation box in their store located in Petaling Jaya for those who wish to donate directly to Norizman’s family.

The great folks over at MotoWorld Malaysia are running a charity initiative for the late Malaysian Cub Prix rider, Norizman Ismail. The well-known veteran rider who had a very successful race career in the Petronas AAM Malaysian Cub Prix races for many years sadly passed away earlier this month in Kemaman, Terengganu. (more…)

Siapakah Penunggang GP Pertama Malaysia?

Dengan lebih ramai penunggang-penunggang dari Malaysia bertanding di peringkat antarabangsa di seluruh dunia, sudah tentu kita tertanya-tanya siapakah penunggang GP pertama Malaysia.
Terdapat ramai warga Malaysia yang telah bertanding di perlumbaan GP nasional dan juga serantau semenjak tahun 60-an hingga 80-an, seperti pelumba legenda Oh Kah Beng dikenali sebagai “Foreman Oh” dan Kuan Huah Chin dikenali sebagai “Bulldog Kuan”.
Penunggang GP moden pertama tidak lain dan tidak bukan, Shahrol Yuzy, yang memulakan kerjaya GP antarabangsanya pada tahun 1996 dan bersara pada tahun 2002.

Who was Malaysia’s First GP Rider?

With more Malaysian riders competing in international races around the world, the question of who was Malaysia’s first GP rider comes to mind.

There were many Malaysians racing in regional and national GP races back in the 1960s to 1980s from the legendary riders like Oh Kah Beng aka “Foreman Oh” and Kuan Huah Chin aka “Bulldog Kuan”.

The first modern-day GP rider is none other than Shahrol Yuzy who began his international GP career back in 1996 and retired in 2002.

In this modern day and age, Malaysians are getting more recognition than ever especially in the motorcycle racing world. Currently, we have a total of three young Malaysians competing in the highest level of road or circuit racing that is MotoGP. (more…)

Malaysian Cub Prix: CP150 Rider Norizman Ismail succumbs to Crash Injuries

Malaysian Cub Prix CP150 rider Norizman Ismail from the ONEXOX TKKR Racing Team has sadly passed away earlier today following a crash in Kemaman, Terengganu.

The incident happened during the Timed Practice session of Round 3 of the 2017 Petronas AAM Malaysian Cub Prix Championship.

“Following a meeting with teams and riders, the Cub Prix fraternity collectively decided to cancel Round 3 as a mark of respect to a fallen comrade.”

It is a sad day for the local motorcycle racing industry today. Veteran Malaysian Cub Prix rider Norizman Ismail has sadly passed away earlier today following a crash during the third round of the 2017 Petronas AAM Malaysian Cub Prix Championship in Kemaman, Terengganu. (more…)

The official signing ceremony was held preceding the racing firm’s official team launch of their new GT3 car and drivers for this year’s racing series

Prior to their official new GT3 car and drivers launch held at Zouk last Sunday, OD Racing inked a deal with SK Pro Racing as the main sponsor for their Cub Prix rider, 15 year old Izam Ikmal Izamli. Izam Ikmal is currently active competing in this year’s season of the Petronas AAM Malaysian Cub Prix Championship. (more…)

Menemui semula ‘aura’ motorsikal berkuasa tinggi dalam konvoi Honda Asian Journey 2016 ke MotoGP

Honda telah menganjurkan konvoi serantau buat pertama kali meningkatkan kehadiran mereka dalam pasaran motorsikal berkuasa tinggi di Asia. Konvoi ini telah dinamakan Honda Asian Journey 2016.

Program ini dijalankan sempena perlumbaan 2016 Shell Malaysia MotoGP yang berlangsung hujung Oktober lepas. Sepang International Circuit (SIC) adalah satu-satunya perlumbaan MotoGP yang dianjurkan di Asia Tenggara. (more…)
