It’s official; Marc Marquez makes it five out five victories at arguably one of his favourite tracks in the race calendar, the Circuit of the Americas (COTA), Texas USA. After a brilliant qualifying session and race, it’s too early to put aside the 2016 MotoGP World Champion aside just yet for the title crown of 2017. (more…)

  • Pusingan MotoGP kedua menyaksikan satu lagi kemalangan yang melibatkan Andrea Dovizioso yang disebabkan oleh penunggang lain.
  • Aleix Espargaro (Aprilia Racing Team Gresini) telah menyebabkan Dovizioso terbabas apabila dia cuba untuk memotong namun telah hilang kawalan bahagian depannya semasa cubaannya itu.
  • Walaupun jelas Espargaro bersalah dalam hal ini, Dovizioso mengecam Danilo Petrucci kerana menunggang secara semberono yang mengakibatkan insiden
    antaranya dan Espargaro.

  • The second MotoGP round saw yet another unfortunate crash from Ducati’s Andrea Dovizioso which was caused by someone else

  • Aleix Espargaro (Aprilia Racing Team Gresini) took Dovi out while attempting to overtake but lost the front while doing so

  • Although clearly Espargaro was in the wrong, Dovi blasted Danilo Petrucci for riding recklessly that led to the incident between him and Espargaro

In the last MotoGP round that happened a couple of days ago at the Termas de Rio Hondo circuit held in Argentina, there were a few unfortunate incidents that led to some of the high profile riders to exit the race prematurely.   • Valentino Rossi completed his 350th Grand Prix race strong in second position

  • Cal Crutchlow kept his composure finished in P3 after battling it out with Rossi

It was a great race day for both Movistar Yamaha MotoGP riders, Maverick Vinales and Valentino Rossi. After crossing the line in first place, Vinales became the first Yamaha rider to win the first two MotoGP rounds since Wayne Gardner back in 1990. (more…)

During the pre-season testing over at Phillip Island, we saw that Maverick Vinales clocked in the fastest time in the three-day session. We can’t really know for sure but the new “double fairing” design on the Movistar Yamaha M1 might have contributed to the results eventhough it was the opposite for the nine-time world champion, Valentino Rossi. We’re currently seeing a familiar pattern in the MotoGP pre season testing sessions and that pattern is always Vinales being the fastest of them all. After being the only rider who went under 1 minute 29 seconds in Day 2, he improved by another three tenths in the final day of the #AusTest with a 1:28.549 in his 13th lap of the day. (more…)

Maverick Vinales (Movistar Yamaha MotoGP) stunned the field when he clocked a 1:28:847 on his 21st lap early yesterday. He was the only rider to go sub 1 minute 29 seconds at one of the most challenging tracks in the MotoGP calendar. (more…)

The weather was almost perfect apart from a few sudden gusts of wind when the 2016 MotoGP™ World Champion completed Day 1 of testing at Phillip Island with the fastest time of the day. Out of the 68 laps completed by the Spaniard, Marquez clocked in the best lap of the day on his 53rd lap at 1:29:497. (more…)

Newly-appointed SUZUKI ECSTAR rider, Andrea Iannone, clocked in the fastest time on day 2 of the MotoGP Winter Test 2017

It was a slow start to the day as the morning session was only filled with four bikes total; three Ducatis and a Yamaha Tech 3 machinery. Due to heavy rain on Monday evening, the track was still a bit damp and most of the riders and team waited for the track to dry before heading out sometime around 2pm local time. (more…)
