Tiada Kenaikan Harga Kereta Tahun Ini – MAA

Persatuan Automotive Malaysia (MAA) mengesahkan bahawa kerajaan tidak bercadang untuk menaikkan harga kenderaan pemasangan tempatan (CKD) tahun ini.

MAA menjelaskan bahawa kerajaan telah menyerap kos kenaikan berikutan pelaksanaan ketelusan nilai pasaran terbuka (OMV).

Perkara itu disahkan sendiri Presiden MAA, Datuk Aishah Ahmad.

Menurutnya, pegawai dari Kementerian Kewangan (MoF) telah memaklumkan bahawa harga kereta atas jalan (OTR) tidak akan dinaikan susulan ketelusan pelaporan OMV di samping terdapat pengecualian 100 peratus terhadap peningatan harga kenderaan OTR untuk tempoh setahun hingga 31 Disember 2020.

“Sebarang kenaikan harga akan diserap sepenuhnya atau mendapat pengecualian daripada Kementerian Kewangan,” jelasnya.
