KTM introduces new 2018 KTM Freeride E-XC electric motorcross bike! From RM35,499

KTM has introduced a brand new addition into the Freeride electric motorcross bike line-up with the 2018 KTM Freeride E-XC.

The KTM Freeride E-XC comes with a 260V electric motor that offers 21.5hp and 42Nm of torque at the twist of the throttle.

KTM North America is running a special program offering the new 2018 Freeride E-XC at a special introductory price of $8,299 (around RM35,499).

KTM has once again propelled themselves ahead in the electric off-road segment with the launch of their latest 2018 KTM Freeride E-XC for the US market. Based from a recent report made by Rideapart.com, KTM USA will be running a special pilot program that’ll offer the new KTM Freeride E-XC in limited number at lower prices. (more…)

KTM Duke Janaan-Elektrik Sedang Dalam Pembangunan

 

  • Menurut laporan oleh MCN, sebuah KTM Duke janaan-elektrik sedang dalam usaha pembangunan oleh pengeluar Austria itu.
  • Gambar intipan telah tersebar di atas talian dengan jelas menunjukkan sebuah KTM 390 Duke dengan apa yang kelihatan seperti sebuah kotak berbentuk petak dalam casisnya yang berkemungkinan adalah perumah unit bateri.
  • KTM telah pun terlibat dalam pengeluaran ‘dirt bike‘ elektrik untuk suatu masa sekarang dengan rangkaian E-Ride seperti Freeride E-SX, E-SM, dan E-XC.

Electric-Powered KTM Duke in the Works

According to a report by MCN, there’s an electric-powered KTM Duke currently in the works by the Austrian manufacturer.

Spy shots circulating online clearly show a KTM 390 Duke with what looks like a square box in the chassis that’s most likely housing the battery unit.

KTM has been involved in production electric dirt bikes for some time now with the E-Ride range that includes the Freeride E-SX, E-SM and E-XC.

It looks like the Austrian motorcycling giant is putting in the works for an electric-powered KTM Duke. According to a report made by MCN, they have managed to gather a few spy shots (courtesy of BMH Images) of the weird-looking 390 Duke being tested in with what looks light a big metal box housing the battery in the frame.
