France To Combat Noise Pollution At Race Tracks

France will lower the noise limits at race tracks from 2024 to combat noise pollution.

the new rule are only applies to road bikes going on to the race track.
could lead to race junkies switching to electric bikes as the best alternative.

The country is set to lower the limits from 102dB to 95dB, which could lead to a closer inspection of every track-going motorcycle before entering any circuit in the region.

However, the new legislation will not affect world championship competitions like the MotoGP and WorldSBK, instead will apply only to road bikes when they go out to the track.

Nonetheless, the new ruling could bring more despair to track junkies who now need to ensure their bike meets the new standard.

On the other hand, this could mean that track enthusiasts could turn to electric motorcycles. Electric bike brands like Damon Motorcycles and Energica would relish the new legislation.

Meanwhile, the UK is set to join France in clamping down on noise pollution as the country is testing new ‘noise cameras’ this summer.

Ducati baru sahaja memperkenalkan Ducati Scrambler Mach 2.0 serba baru di acara Wheels and Waves yang dilangsungkan di Biarritz, Perancis.
Motosikal ini telah membuat perjalanan selama dua hari dari Borgo Panigale, Itali, di mana ianya mengembara bersama Ducati Scrambler Full Throttle yang dikemaskini dan dengan grafik baru.
Motosikal Mach 2.2 ini direka oleh Roland Sands yang mengambil inspirasi daripada helmet Bell Cross Idol yang disertakan dalam Koleksi Pakaian Ducati Scrambler 2017.

Ducati launches New 2017 Ducati Scrambler Mach 2.0

Ducati just introduced a brand new 2017 Ducati Scrambler Mach 2.0 at the Wheels and Waves event over at Biarritz, France.

The bike made a two-day road trip from Borgo Panigale, Italy where the Mach 2.0 travelled together with an updated Ducati Scrambler Full Throttle with new graphics.

The Mach 2.0 was designed by Roland Sands which was inspired by the Bell Cross Idol helmet included in the Ducati Scrambler 2017 apparel collection.

Ducati has just launched their latest addition the Scrambler family that is the 2017 Ducati Scrambler Mach 2.0. The new Scrambler was unveiled during the Wheels and Waves event held in Biarritz, France. The famous French event goes on from 14 to 18 June 2017 and the Mach 2.0 was ridden from Borgo Panigale all the way to Biarritz. (more…)
