TESTED: 2018 Kawasaki Z900RS test & review

The 2018 Kawasaki Z900RS was officially launched last February paying homage to the original 1970s Kawasaki Z1 or “Zephyr”.

The main base is somewhat similar to the 2017 Kawasaki Z900 ABS but with many ‘upgrades’ from its chassis to suspension, brakes and more.

Kawasaki Motors Malaysia (KMSB) has priced it from RM67,900 (basic price with GST).

With the rising demand and interest for modern retro bikes in this day and age, more manufacturers are taking note of this by including their very own version in their motorcycle line-up. Kawasaki Motors Malaysia (KMSB) telah memperkenalkan motosikal terkini mereka, Kawasaki Z900RS 2018.
Tawaran moden klasik terbaru ini dijana oleh enjin empat selari 948cc yang sama seperti motosikal Kawasaki Z900 ABS 2017.
KMSB telah menetapkan harga bagi motosikal Kawasaki Z900RS ini pada harga RMM69,900 bagi skema warna Special Edition Orange dan RM67,900 bagi edisi standard berwarna hijau dan hitam (harga asas beserta GST).

Kawasaki Motors Malaysia (KMSB) has unveiled their latest 2018 Kawasaki Z900RS.

Their latest modern-classic option is powered by the same 948cc inline-four engine found in the 2017 Kawasaki Z900 ABS.

KMSB has priced the Kawasaki Z900RS at RM69,900 for the Special Edition Orange paint scheme and RM 67,900 for Standard Edition. (basic price with GST).

Kawasaki Motors Malaysia (KMSB) has officially unveiled their first new bike of the year which is the 2018 Kawasaki Z900RS. The latest red colour scheme is further elevated with Metallic Spark Black highlights to give it a more aggressive appearance.

Priced at RM50,959 (basic price with GST), the 2018 Kawasaki Z900 ABS produces 123hp and 98.6Nm of torque.

2018 has marked the return of Kawasaki modern classic motorcycles with the introduction of the 2018 Kawasaki Z900 RS and Z900 RS CAFE.

After years of having the Kawasaki W900 as their only heritage option, Kawasaki returns with two of the most anticipated modern classic bikes for 2018.

Both the Z900 RS and Z900 RS CAFE are expected to show up across showrooms worldwide early next year.

Adakah Ini Gambar Intipan Motosikal Retro Kawasaki Z900RS 2018?

Sebuah majalah permotosikalan terkenal di Jepun telah mengeluarkan satu lakaran imej yang didakwa merupakan gambaran sebuah motosikal retro Kawasaki Z900RS.
Motosikal retro yang baru dari Kawasaki itu dikhabarkan akan dijana oleh enjin yang sama yang boleh didapati pada motosikal Kawasaki Z900 ABS dengan penggayaan berilhamkan motosikal legenda Kawasaki Z1.
Satu-satunya motosikal retro yang ditawarkan oleh Kawasaki adalah motosikal W800 yang mana ianya diangap oleh sesetengah pihak sebagai biasa-biasa sahaja dan agak hambar namun dengan motosikal Z900RS ini ia tampak bagai satu tambahan baru yang dapat menghangatkan lagi kategori motosikal retro.

Leaked Images of the 2018 Kawasaki Z900RS Retro Bike?

Renowned Japanese motorcycling magazine has released a rendered image of what has been claimed to be the new 2018 Kawasaki Z900RS retro bike.

The new retro bike from Kawasaki is rumoured to be powered by the same engine found on the 2017 Kawasaki Z900 ABS with styling inspirations from the legendary Kawasaki Z1.

The only current retro bike offered by Kawasaki is the W800 which is basic and slightly bland for some folks but the Z900RS looks like it can be a possible game changer in the modern retro bike category.

According to well-known Japanese motorcycling magazine AutoBy, they have tastefully rendered what looks like the 2018 Kawasaki Z900RS retro bike from the Japanese Team Green. The question floating in everyone’s minds is whether this is just another prediction that’ll flop or if it is indeed legitimate leaked images of Kawasaki’s latest retro bike which is based on the manic 2017 Kawasaki Z900 ABS.
