Triumph Motorcycles Malaysia has finally brought in four new motorcycles for 2017; Triumph Bonneville Bobber, the Street Scrambler, the Bonneville T100/T100 Black and also the highly-anticipated Street Triple RS roadster.

The four new bikes from Triumph are priced from RM63,900 to RM75,900

All new 2017 bikes are readily available for booking at the Triumph Motorcycles Malaysia’s Petaling Jaya flagship store and other authorised dealers nationwide.

MotoGP 2017 rookie Johann Zarco (Monster Yamaha Tech 3) was quick to get under the spotlight for the first three rounds of the season.

Following a great start in Qatar where the Frenchman actually led the race before crashing out, Zarco finish the Argentina GP and Americas GP in fifth position.

The 27 year old rider is looking to take his Yamaha M1 to his first ever MotoGP podium this weekend in Jerez for the Gran Premio Red Bull de España.

It’s only his rookie season in MotoGP after being crowned the Moto2 World Champion last year and Johann Zarco was quick to get under the spotlight for the first three races. Following an incredible first race in Qatar where the Frenchman blitzed through the MotoGP veterans before crashing out while leading the race, the 27 year old rookie riding for the Monster Yamaha Tech 3 squad finished an amazing Fifth in both Argentina GP and also Americas GP. Modenas has released another teaser shot of what’s going to be their first ever sports bike in Malaysia.

According to the photo, the bike is possibly going to be based on the Pulsar RS200 from India’s Bajaj Auto.

The full-fairing sports bike features a 200cc single cylinder, liquid-cooled engine with three-spark ignition system which produces 24.5hp at 9,750rpm and 18.6Nm at 8,000rpm.

Looks like Modenas has released yet another teaser to a possibly brand new sports bike from the local bike manufacturer. As we move even closer to the big date of 19 May 2017, Modenas gave us a playfully teasing sneak peek on what is to come in the next two weeks. (more…)

Following the launch of HJC Star Wars helmets late last year when the introduced the Boba Fett and Kylo Ren full face helmets, HJC now plans to release the IS-5 Luke Skywalker X-Wing helmet.

The retro-styled, open face helmet comes is commemorative colours of the time when Luke Skywalker piloted the X-Wing to take down the massive Death Star.

The IS-5 open face helmet also includes an ember drop down sunshield or sun visor as how it was portrayed in the movie.

  • The second day of the Ride for Jalil event continued at the Renaissance Hotel in Johor Bahru for a luncheon session

  • The activities included performances from Black and Harith Iskandar who also led the auction session selling off items donated by the JDT football squad and riding gear donated by the Tunku Panglima of Johor

  • Day 2 of the Ride for Jalil event finalised the total raised funds for the Tunku Laksamana Johor Cancer Foundation (TLJCF) to a total of RM850,170

More than 300 superbikers and high performance motorcyclists from across the country rolled around a few parts for Johor for the Ride for Jalil charity fun ride on Saturday. The Ride for Jalil charity event kicked things off earlier today with a massive convoy of over 300 high performance motorcyclists who gathered in the early mornings of 29 April 2017. The number of riders and motorcycle enthusiasts from across the country gathered at the Sultan Ibrahim Stadium in Muar, Johor for the flag-off of the massive convoy across Johor. (more…)
