  • Aimed towards budget-conscious users, it carries a price tag of €190 (approx. RM 893.14).

Italian moto luggage and accessories label Givi has added a new modular helmet offering into its line up. Called the Givi LE X.20 Expedition Evo, this feature-laden lid promises not to break the bank too – as most of its helmet offerings do.

The Givi LE X.20 Expedition Evo sees features a thermoplastic shell construction that’s also brimmed with a hypoallergenic liner in its interior that’s both removeable and washable. Elsewhere, this lid sports a large crown inlet, twin air chin bar intakes, and a rear extractor aimed for maximising airflow.

Inside, the Givi LE X.20 Expedition Evo does boast a dropdown sun visor plus a removable breath guard. Though designed to receive a Pinlock 30 anti-fog screen, this modular does not come with one in the box, meaning users will need to source for it separately.

Other features present include a wind deflector aimed at cutting down on wind noise, followed by a micrometric buckle type strap fastener. Altogether, Givi claims the LE X.20 Expedition Evo tips the scale at just 3.4 pounds, or just a little over 1.54KG.

Notably, this new modular helmet by Givi is certified in both closed and open-face configurations, meaning users can lift up the chin bar whether in the city or on the open road. Sizes available ranges from XS to XXL, and there are three colour choices available – hi-vis yellow over matte black, blue over matte silver, and a dual-tone red-white scheme.

As for price, this budget-friendly modular enters the European market with a price tag of €190 (approx. RM 893.14).
