Kawasaki Motors Malaysia (KMSB) will be organising their first road safety campaign for 2018 this coming 25 January 2018. Dubbed the ‘Kempen Keselamatan Jalan Raya Kawasaki 2018’, this will be their first CSR (corporate social responsibility) program of the year to promote road safety for fellow bikers.
The Kawasaki Road Safety Program will be organised at the Sungai Besi toll plaza (Southbound) from 9am to 6pm with the tagline “Think safety, ride responsibly.” The program is organised by Kawasaki Motors Malaysia together with the Malaysia Motorcycle and Scooter Dealers Malaysia (MMSDA).
The road safety campaign has become a yearly event for the folks over at Kawasaki Motors Malaysia. The same program which was held at the same venue last year was officiated by none other than Dato’ Sri Liow Tiong Lai, Minister of Transport. Those who came bright and early last year to join the campaign got to take home a brand new helmet and high visibility jacket.
Apart from the new gears, KMSB also took the opportunity to provide free motorcycle health checkups for those who came and brought their bikes. It was a successful event last year considering the 16-point checkup was open for all motorcycle brands and types. The service campaign was and will of course be handled by the professionals supplied by the Kawasaki Exclusive Service Centre (KESC).
This year, the event is again supported by the good folks over at JPJ, KKR, PLUS, PDRM, JKJR, Tokio Marine Insurans (Malaysia) Berhad, AEON Credit Service, KHI Helmet, Bridgestone and more. Get ready for some serious offers and discounts for motorcycle parts and riding gears, people.
