The Malaysian National News Agency (BERNAMA) has organised a nationwide tour program dubbed the Jelajah 1 Jiwa in conjunction with the agency’s 50th golden jubilee anniversary.

The eight day convoy consisting of around 15 bikers include BERNAMA staff, Benelli Matters Community Club members and a few SYM motorcycle owners will be going across Peninsular Malaysia for the first series.

A total of five new Benelli motorcycles were donated by MForce Holdings Sdn Bhd to show their support which include a second series of the tour where they’ll cover Sabah and Sarawak as well.

Suter motorcycles are now available for purchase in North America thanks to their newly-formed partnership with Arch Motorcycles.

A variety of Suter race bikes can be bought by the public including the Suter MMX 500 MotoGP, MMX1 MotoGP, MMX2 Moto2 and MMX3 Moto3 race machines.

Arch Motorcycles will also benefit greatly from this technical partnership as Suter will assist in further bike developments and distribution of their models in the European market.

Finally, the Ducati 1299 Panigale R Final Edition has been launched at the WorldSBK US Round at the iconic Laguna Seca race track.

The final edition dressed elegantly in the iconic tricolore livery is essentially a watered down Superleggera but still packs a punch with 209hp.

Priced at $40,000 (around RM172,000), the last ever V-twin powered Panigale will give way to the next V-4 powered Ducati superbike which will hopefully be introduced at the end of this year.

Ducati has finally taken the covers of the highly awaited Ducati 1299 Panigale R Final Edition. As promised, the bike made its official debut at the WorldSBK US Geico Round at the legendary Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca which is happening this weekend. (more…)

The Shell Advance Roadshow 2017 begins today at Jalan Sentul and will continue across Peninsular Malaysia as well as Sabah and Sarawak on a four-month long roadshow.

There are many activities setup for all attendees including MotoGP tickets to be won, fun games, giveaways as well as the “Elbow Down Challenge” photo opportunity.

The roadshow will also feature a ‘masterclass’ session for mechanics and motoring enthusiasts on great Shell Advance products and proper motorcycle maintenance.

Renowned Japanese motorcycling magazine has released a rendered image of what has been claimed to be the new 2018 Kawasaki Z900RS retro bike.

The new retro bike from Kawasaki is rumoured to be powered by the same engine found on the 2017 Kawasaki Z900 ABS with styling inspirations from the legendary Kawasaki Z1.

The only current retro bike offered by Kawasaki is the W800 which is basic and slightly bland for some folks but the Z900RS looks like it can be a possible game changer in the modern retro bike category.

According to well-known Japanese motorcycling magazine AutoBy, they have tastefully rendered what looks like the 2018 Kawasaki Z900RS retro bike from the Japanese Team Green. The question floating in everyone’s minds is whether this is just another prediction that’ll flop or if it is indeed legitimate leaked images of Kawasaki’s latest retro bike which is based on the manic 2017 Kawasaki Z900 ABS.
