Marc Marquez wins best MotoGP race yet!

Last night’s MotoGP race won by Marc Marquez was considered by many as one of the best MotoGP races yet.
Almost 10 riders fought in the front group and there were too many overtaking and dramatic events to count.
Marc Marquez crossed the chequered flag in first place followed by Alex Rins (Team Suzuki Ecstar) and Maverick Vinales (Movistar Yamaha MotoGP).

Those of us who were fortunate enough to watch the Motul TT Assen MotoGP round last night can agree with one thing; the battles were incredible! Almost ten riders were fighting in the front group for podium contention which ended in Repsol Honda’s Marc Marquez winning the epic race. (more…)

Harley-Davidson has launched its Passport to Freedom campaign.
Future H-D bike owners can enjoy rebates up to RM2,600 when they purchase a new bike until 30 September 2018.
These incentives will help new bike owners in funding for their B Full license, merchandise, parts, accessories, and H.O.G® membership costs.

The folks representing Harley-Davidson here in Malaysia has just launched its premier Passport to Freedom campaign. From now until 30 September 2018, new H-D bike owners can enjoy a number of great rebates that can assist in obtaining their B Full licenses, training costs plus more. (more…)

Certified Superbike Technicians are in demand!

More and more certified superbike technicians are in demand right now thanks to a growth of a multitude of bikes here in Malaysia.
The TOC Automotive College has specially developed a program called “Superbike Technician Course” to assist in the demand.
The TOC STC is made up of three levels of academic and career development, and all one needs is a minimum Form 3 education to apply for this 18-month course.

The motorcycle scene in Malaysia has been growing steadily over the years, with more and more bikes of all sizes and makes taking to the road, there has never been a time when so many new superbikes from various bike-makers have been introduced in rapid succession. (more…)

Harley-Davidson moves production outside of the US

Harley-Davidson has announced its plans to move its production to their plants outside of the US.
Due to the trade wars between the US and EU, the import tariff for US-made bikes has been raised by 25%.
The President of the United States, Donald Trump, had a few remarks to say about H-D on his Twitter page.

The latest trade wars between the US and the European Union (EU) has resulted in some nasty remarks between a few key parties in the motorcycling industry as well as the President of the United States, Donald Trump. (more…)

2019 Ducati Monster 1200 25° Anniversario unveiled

Ducati has unveiled the limited edition 2019 Ducati Monster 1200 25° Anniversario.
Only 500 units will be available in markets around the world starting September.
The 25^th anniversary model’s best aspect is its special Italian tricolour red, white and green livery with anniversary logos.

During a recent announcement for the program regarding World Ducati Week 2018 (WDW2018), Ducati surprised everyone with the launch of the 2019 Ducati Monster 1200 25° Anniversario. This very limited edition machine was presented by their MotoGP rider, Andrea Dovizioso. (more…)

MotoGP: Dani Pedrosa together with Petronas Yamaha?

Some folks have speculated that Dani Pedrosa will stay in MotoGP next season together with the Petronas Yamaha satellite team.
While nothing has been confirmed, Lin Jarvis stated that talks between Yamaha and Petronas are currently going well.
The next 24 hours will reveal if these possibilities are true as we wait for the official announcements.
