Aveta Motorcycles Malaysia Introduces Mobile Service Team

Aveta Malaysia Sdn Bhd is enhancing its customer care efforts with the launch of the ‘Aveta Care on Wheels’ program. As more people rely on Aveta motorcycles, the company prioritizes customer ownership experience.

Recently, they introduced the Aveta Service Corner (ASC), where dealers have designated areas equipped to address issues faced by Aveta motorcycle owners. Manned by trained mechanics and supplied with new tools, ASC ensures prompt assistance.

Building on this commitment, Aveta Care on Wheels (ACW) takes customer needs and ownership experience to the forefront. ACW involves a mobile service team with one pickup truck and three motorcycles.

This team travels nationwide to resolve issues that local dealers cannot address. Specially trained service professionals from Aveta Malaysia make up the team, demonstrating Aveta’s dedication to customer support.

According to Group Managing Director Steven Lim, this initiative underscores Aveta’s passion for meeting customer needs. Beyond offering attractive products, Aveta believes in a comprehensive customer care program that instills confidence in its customers.

The ACW initiative currently covers Peninsular Malaysia, with plans underway for East Malaysia. Operational from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM, customers can schedule appointments by calling the Aveta Customer Careline at +60129565409.

Aveta says that this initiative reflects on the company’s ongoing commitment to supporting its customers.
