New Modenas Service Plus Centre opens in Kuala Terengganu

As part of their efforts to provide the best aftersales services, Modenas has expanded its network in the East Coast region of Malaysia by opening a Modenas Service Plus Centre in Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu.

Operated by one of its esteemed dealers in the area, DRZ Motorsport, this is the second Modenas Service Plus Centre in the region and 37th one here in the country. The launch was graced by the attendance of YB Haji Ahmad Amzad bin Mohamed @ Hashim, the Deputy Minister of Science, Technology & Innovation, as well as members of the Dominar 400 Club Malaysia (D4CM) and Malaysia Pulsar Owners Club (MPOC).

According to Mr Roslan Roskan, CEO of Modenas, “The Service Plus Centres are dedicated to deliver top-quality service and spare parts to all Modenas street bike owners with fast turnaround times. This includes owners of the Modenas Pulsar NS160, NS200, RS200, Modenas Dominar D400 or the Modenas V15. The Service Plus Centre is fully equipped with all the latest diagnostic tools for our customers in and around Terengganu, thus they do not need to travel far or outside of Kuala Terengganu just to get their motorcycle serviced by Modenas.”

“As part of the Company’s aim to strengthen its effort to provide customers with quality services, MODENAS is targeting to complete a total of 40 Service Plus Centres by the end of this year. Each of our customers is important to the Company, and hence we strive to ensure we provide them with timely, high-quality services and solutions,” added Mr Roslan during the launch.
