Modenas releases Two More Teasers of their Upcoming Sports Bikes

Modenas has released two more photo teasers on their official Facebook page of their upcoming sports bikes which are planned to launch on 19 May 2017.

The two teasers looked like the Bajaj Pulsar RS200 and the naked variant NS200 with taglines “Power to Race” and “Power to Play”.

Modenas has released yet another set of teasers on their [button color=”” size=”” type=”3d” target=”blank” link=”https://www.facebook.com/modenas.malaysia/?hc_ref=NEWSFEED&fref=nf”]Facebook page[/button] of their new upcoming sports bikes which are planned to be launched on 19 May 2017. Malaysian Supermoto Championship: Gabit dominates Round Two

Round 2 of the 2017 Malaysian Supermoto Championship (MSMC) was dominated by Muhamad Habibullah bin Mohd Saleh aka “Gabit” who took the spot in the SM Open category with his KTM.

Mohamad Khairi Zakaria aka “Hairy” (#32) and Mohamad Khuzaini bin Mahmood (#47) completed the podium spots for both races in the SM Open category.

With Gabit emerging as the clear winner of Round 2, he is also given an automatic entry into one of the upcoming regional races in the 2017 FIM Asia Supermoto Championship.

It was a hot and humid day for the second round of the 2017 Malaysian Supermoto Championship (MSMC) which was held last weekend at the Taman Tasik Permaisuri, Cheras.

The weather however did not stop the supermoto riders from going full gas especially for one Muhamad Habibullah bin Mohd Saleh aka “Gabit” who once again took the spot in the SM Open category with his KTM. (more…)

MotoGP: Dani Pedrosa wins 3000th Grand Prix in Jerez; Marquez and Lorenzo Podium

The 3000^th MotoGP race saw Dani Pedrosa (Repsol Honda) taking the whole shot from start to finish with a classic textbook win at the Gran Premio Red Bull de España.

Marc Marquez (Repsol Honda) and Jorge Lorenzo (Ducati Team) completed the all-Spanish podium spots in front of their home crowd of Jerez.

Jorge Lorenzo scored his first ever podium spot on board his Ducati Desmosedici GP17.

In a MotoGP full of crashes and drama, it was Dani Pedrosa of Repsol Honda who pulled a stunning textbook win at the legendary Jerez circuit in Spain yesterday for the Gran Premio Red Bull de España. Pedrosa who started from pole position blasted down the first turn and never looked back while the scene at the back went through a lot of action. (more…)

MotoGP: Pedrosa Takes Pole in Jerez, all Hondas in Front Row

The fourth MotoGP Gran Premio Red Bull de España round in Jerez will see Dani Pedrosa (Repsol Honda) starting from pole ahead of his team mate, Marc Marquez.

Cal Crutchlow (LCR Honda) completes the all Honda front row ahead of Maverick Vinales (Movistar Yamaha MotoGP) who will start in P4.

Andrea Iannone (Team SUZUKI ECSTAR) qualified in P5 and Johann Zarco (Monster Yamaha Tech 3) in P6.

After a sensational MotoGP qualifying session yesterday for the Gran Premio Red Bull de España in Jerez, it was Dani Pedrosa of the Repsol Honda squad who came out on top taking the pole position with a stunning lap time of 1:38.429. (more…)

Malaysian Supermoto Championship: Ready to Roll for Round 2 of 2017

The second round of the Malaysian Supermoto Championship (MSMC) will run its course this weekend at Taman Tasik Permaisuri, Cheras from 6 to 7 May 2017.

The event was officiated earlier today by YB Datuk Seri Utama Tengku Adnan bin Tengku Mansor, Minister of Federal Territories and YBhg. Datuk Seri Hj. Mhd. Amin Nordin bin Abd. Aziz, the Mayor of Kuala Lumpur.

The second round of MSMC will run together with the KL Xtravaganza Carnival organized by Persatuan Karyawan Malaysia with over 60 celebrities taking part.

Over 60 supermoto riders from different backgrounds will battle it out tomorrow at Round 2 of the 2017 Malaysian Supermoto Championship (MSMC). The second round of MSMC will run together with the KL Xtravaganza Carnival this weekend at the Taman Tasik Permaisuri, Cheras. (more…)

Malaysian Cub Prix: CP150 Rider Norizman Ismail succumbs to Crash Injuries

Malaysian Cub Prix CP150 rider Norizman Ismail from the ONEXOX TKKR Racing Team has sadly passed away earlier today following a crash in Kemaman, Terengganu.

The incident happened during the Timed Practice session of Round 3 of the 2017 Petronas AAM Malaysian Cub Prix Championship.

“Following a meeting with teams and riders, the Cub Prix fraternity collectively decided to cancel Round 3 as a mark of respect to a fallen comrade.”

It is a sad day for the local motorcycle racing industry today. Veteran Malaysian Cub Prix rider Norizman Ismail has sadly passed away earlier today following a crash during the third round of the 2017 Petronas AAM Malaysian Cub Prix Championship in Kemaman, Terengganu. (more…)
