The latest 2018 Aprilia RSV4 RF Factory Works which will be available sometime next year will come with some MotoGP tech, particularly winglets.

Powered by a 999.6cc V4, liquid-cooled, DOHC engine, this particular RSV4 RF Factory Works produces 215hp thanks to new pistons, heads, ECU and full-racing exhaust.

Almost 10kg of extra weight has been shaved thanks to a brand new lithium-ion battery, fuel tank, exhaust and a few other carbon and aluminium parts.

It’s all a matter of time before the latest MotoGP technology drips down the manufacturer’s production bike and looks like Aprilia is the first one to deliver the opening uppercut. During the recent EICMA 2017 in Milan, Suzuki launched their one and only new bike for next year which is the 2018 Suzuki SV650X cafe racer.

Based on the popular SV650 platform, Suzuki’s new cafe racer receives a brand new facade with one killer paint job.

The 2018 SV650X comes with a 645cc, liquid-cooled, DOHC, V-twin engine which produces 75hp and 64Nm of maximum torque.

With so many awesome bikes being launched and highlighted at the great EICMA 2017 just last week, it was way too easy for anyone who attended to actually absorb all the motorcycle-goodness in just a short period of time. Jorge Martin (Del Consa Gresini Moto3) has finally scored his first ever Moto3 victory in the final race of the 2017 season.

Joan Mir (Leopard Racing) came in second despite almost crashing out to avoid a collision with Gabriel Rodrigo (RBA BOE Racing Team) earlier in the race.

Marcos Ramirez (Platinum Bay Real Estate) completed the all-Spaniard podium with second ever podium finish for 2017.

After nine pole positions, eight podium finishes and three DNFs due to mechanical failure, injury and accident, Jorge Martin of the Del Consa Gresini Moto3 squad has finally taken his first ever Moto3 victory. Miguel Oliveira (Red Bull KTM Ajo) gave KTM their third ever race victory for 2017 with their latest win in Valencia.

Franco Morbidelli (EG 0,0 Marc VDS) settled for second after struggling for tyre grip towards the end of the race.

Oliveira’s team mate, Brad Binder, recovered brilliantly by finishing in third after struggling with gear shifts in the first few opening laps.

The Red Bull KTM Ajo squad closed off their 2017 Moto2 efforts with a bang thanks to Miguel Oliveira who finished the last race of the season with a super race win. Starting from fourth position, the 22 year old rider from Portugal has awarded KTM with three race victories in their first ever year in the Moto2 race series. (more…)

The final MotoGP 2017 round in Valencia concluded with Marc Marquez being crowned the 2017 MotoGP World Champion!

After a breath-taking race, Dani Pedrosa (Repsol Honda) took the win with Johann Zarco (Monster Yamaha Tech 3) close behind in second.

Andrea Dovizioso (Ducati Team) lost control of his Ducati Desmosedici GP17 with six laps remaining which ended his 2017 title effort.

No one could’ve predicted how the last race would’ve unfolded. From the moment the red lights went off up until the very end when the chequered flag was waved, the final MotoGP race of 2017 in Valencia presented us with so much drama, stress and excitement. (more…)
