The 2017 Kawasaki Z650 ABS is the replacement of the previous and very popular ER6N naked bike.

While the ER6N is considered to be a very capable and perfect bike for beginner riders wanting to try bigger capacity bikes, Kawasaki had to something big for its replacement.

We got our hands on both bikes and in this special feature, we’re going to put both bikes to test to see once and for all if the Z650 ABS is truly worthy substitute to the almost iconic ER6N.

As most of you have already know, Kawasaki Motors Malaysia released their first wave of new and exciting motorcycles in the Malaysian market earlier this year with the Kawasaki Ninja 650 ABS, Z650 ABS, Z900 ABS and the Versys-X 250. The Ninja 650 ABS, Z650 ABS and Z900 ABS are all the next generation street machines that replaced the previous ER6F, ER6N and Z800 respectively. (more…)

Boon Siew Honda (BSH) has launched a brand new colour for their premium scooters of Honda PCX and Honda NSS300 that is the Candy Caribbean Blue Sea.

The Honda NSS300 is premium scooter that’s powered by a 279cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine that produces 25hp and 26Nm of torque.

The new NSS300 is priced at RM30,727.28 while the smaller yet stylish PCX sibling is at RM11,658.94 (basic prices with GST).

Another video of the MV Agusta RVS program has been revealed to the world yesterday showcasing a very dark looking and fully customised Brutale 800.

The RVS stands for “Reparto Veicoli Speciali” or “Special Vehicles Department” or Special Vehicles Operations”.

“MV Agusta motorcycles are the embodiment of technology and passion moulded into a physical object. So we take the design department, the engineers take that design and make it into a functional object.”

About a month ago, MV Agusta released a very cryptic teaser showing a very dark and sinister motorcycle lurking in the dark together with a machinist milling the letters ‘RVS’ into a solid aluminium block. We confirmed that the RVS stands for “Reparto Veicoli Speciali” or “Special Vehicles Department” or Special Vehicles Operations” in English. (more…)

Current Moto3 championship leader Joan Mir will move up to Moto2 in 2018 to race with the EG 0,0 Marc VDS squad.

Mir and his newly-acquired Moto2 team have signed a three-year agreement to race from 2018 to 2020 in the Moto2 category.

Joan Mir and his current Moto3 Leopard Racing team is leading the championship with three race wins and two podium finishes in the past seven rounds.

The current Moto3 championship leader Joan Mir (Leopard Racing) will get a big promotion for next year after signing an agreement to race in the Moto2 middleweight category together with the EG 0,0 Marc VDS squad for 2018. (more…)

Last weekend’s MotoGP race saw Andrea Dovizioso (Ducati Team) with a very comfortable race win in the Spanish GP ahead of the Repsol Honda duos, Marc Marquez and Dani Pedrosa.

This win marks Ducati’s first ever back-to-back win since 2010 when MotoGP Legend Casey Stoner was racing with them.

Jorge Lorenzo (Ducati Team) crossed the line in P4 ahead of Monster Yamaha Tech 3 riders, Johann Zarco and Jonas Folger.

It was a weird, unpredictable yet amazing MotoGP race weekend over at Catalunya where Andrea Dovizioso crossed the line comfortably in first place for the second time in a row on board his Ducati Desmosedici GP17. This win for ‘DesmoDovi’ marks Ducati first ever back-to-back win for the giant red Italian manufacturer since 2010 when MotoGP Legend Casey Stoner was racing with them. (more…)
