Current Moto3 championship leader Joan Mir will move up to Moto2 in 2018 to race with the EG 0,0 Marc VDS squad.

Mir and his newly-acquired Moto2 team have signed a three-year agreement to race from 2018 to 2020 in the Moto2 category.

Joan Mir and his current Moto3 Leopard Racing team is leading the championship with three race wins and two podium finishes in the past seven rounds.

The current Moto3 championship leader Joan Mir (Leopard Racing) will get a big promotion for next year after signing an agreement to race in the Moto2 middleweight category together with the EG 0,0 Marc VDS squad for 2018. (more…)

Last weekend’s MotoGP race saw Andrea Dovizioso (Ducati Team) with a very comfortable race win in the Spanish GP ahead of the Repsol Honda duos, Marc Marquez and Dani Pedrosa.

This win marks Ducati’s first ever back-to-back win since 2010 when MotoGP Legend Casey Stoner was racing with them.

Jorge Lorenzo (Ducati Team) crossed the line in P4 ahead of Monster Yamaha Tech 3 riders, Johann Zarco and Jonas Folger.

It was a weird, unpredictable yet amazing MotoGP race weekend over at Catalunya where Andrea Dovizioso crossed the line comfortably in first place for the second time in a row on board his Ducati Desmosedici GP17. This win for ‘DesmoDovi’ marks Ducati first ever back-to-back win for the giant red Italian manufacturer since 2010 when MotoGP Legend Casey Stoner was racing with them. (more…)

Kawasaki Motors Malaysia (KMSB) has started their first CSR program of the year with a very special charity program yesterday dubbed the “Gotong-Royong & Agihan Bubur Lambuk Kawasaki”.

The Kawasaki management group together with 60 bikers from Kawasaki Owners Group (KOG) and over 100 participants helped out in distributing the over 3,000 bubur lambuk all around Klang Valley.

The delicious Ramadhan porridge packets were given out to a number of orphanages, fire and police stations and patrons of a nearby Bazaar Ramadhan in Shah Alam.

During this holy fasting month of Ramadhan, Kawasaki Motors Malaysia Sdn Bhd (KMSB) has decided to help the less fortunate with their special outreach program as part of their plans to get closer with the public. The management group together with the help from 60 bikers from the Kawasaki Owners Group (KOG) and over 100 other participants, they carried out a very special program dubbed the “Gotong-Royong & Agihan Bubur Lambuk Kawasaki”. Michael Dunlop has the final Senior TT race in the Isle of Man TT 2017 yesterday on board of the brand new Suzuki GSX-R.

With Ian Hutchinson crashing out of the race in Lap 2which led to a break in the race, Dunlop was able to make necessary changes to the bike’s setting which gave him the ultimate TT race win.

Peter Hickman (Smiths BMW) and Dean Harrison (Silicone Engineering Kawasaki) again scored impressive podium finishes in second and third respectively.

Michael Dunlop took his 16th TT win in the Isle of Man TT 2017 premiere race, the Senior TT. Not only he won the most memorable race of the entire Tourist Trophy series, he did so yesterday on board the brand new Suzuki GSX-R. (more…)

Honda has confirmed that their first production electric scooter will come into existence as early as 2018.

The recent comments made by Honda’s president and CEO Mr Takahira Hachigo, there will be a lot more electric and hybrid motorcycles in the works as part of their effort for the future.

Rumours have also been circulating that their next generation Goldwing will indeed be a hybrid variant powered by a 1,200cc petrol electric engine with an additional electric motor.

According to a recent report made by Visordown, Honda’s President and CEO Mr Takahira Hachigo has finalised all the necessary details to put launch their latest electric-powered scooter for 2018 in an effort to promote more sales and awareness towards electric vehicles worldwide. (more…)

Honda Racing’s rider Guy Martin has decided to withdraw from the final Senior TT race in the Isle of Man TT 2017.

Due to the limited amount of time spent developing the bike together with poor weather and Martin’s superbike crash on Sunday, the decision was made for the benefit of everyone.

“We’re not doing the times needed to be competitive here, we need more time to set up the bike and doing six laps (Senior TT) will not achieve what we set out to do.”

The Honda Racing squad stationed at this year’s Isle of Man TT races has just confirmed that their only star rider Guy Martin will not partake in the final superbike Senior TT race. The race was scheduled to begin the six laps around the Mountain Course earlier today has been further delayed due to poor weather and track conditions. (more…)
