The Honda Monkey 125 Concept has shown itself last week at the 2017 Vietnam Motor Show in Ho Chi Minh City.

According to the photos, the Monkey 125 shares its DNA with the current Honda MSX 125 or Honda Grom.

The Monkey 125 looks very similar to the patents filed by Honda in September of last year.

It was sometime around September of last year when the giant motorcycle manufacturer filed a patent for a brand new Honda Monkey 125. The Honda Monkey 125 concept bike has emerged itself in real life at the recent Vietnam Motorcycle Show that took place just last week in Ho Chi Minh City. The 2017 Sky Team Ace 125 Cafe Racer was launched earlier today at the ELITE Speedway PLUS Circuit.

The cafe racer is equipped with a single-cylinder, 125cc, 4-stroke engine churns out 11hp @ 8,500rpm and 8.5Nm of torque at 7,500rpm.

The ready-to-ride café racer from Sky Team is available at RM7,366.78 (on-the-road price).

India’s Royal Enfield was rumoured to have been approached as one of the companies to possibly take over Ducati.

Ever since the major Volkswagen diesel emissions scandal in 2015, the company has hired Evercore to search for potential buyers of the big red giant motorcycle manufacturer.

The selling price could go upwards of €1.5 billion (around RM 7.1 billion).

One of the biggest brands in the history of motorcycling has sparked the interest of one Indian company, Royal Enfield. Ever since news broke out that the Volkswagen Group is planning to let go of the giant Italian bike brand, it is rumoured that Royal Enfield was one of the entities approached for the next company in line to take over the giant red Italian brand. Modenas has released two more photo teasers on their official Facebook page of their upcoming sports bikes which are planned to launch on 19 May 2017.

The two teasers looked like the Bajaj Pulsar RS200 and the naked variant NS200 with taglines “Power to Race” and “Power to Play”.

Round 2 of the 2017 Malaysian Supermoto Championship (MSMC) was dominated by Muhamad Habibullah bin Mohd Saleh aka “Gabit” who took the spot in the SM Open category with his KTM.

Mohamad Khairi Zakaria aka “Hairy” (#32) and Mohamad Khuzaini bin Mahmood (#47) completed the podium spots for both races in the SM Open category.

With Gabit emerging as the clear winner of Round 2, he is also given an automatic entry into one of the upcoming regional races in the 2017 FIM Asia Supermoto Championship.

It was a hot and humid day for the second round of the 2017 Malaysian Supermoto Championship (MSMC) which was held last weekend at the Taman Tasik Permaisuri, Cheras.

The weather however did not stop the supermoto riders from going full gas especially for one Muhamad Habibullah bin Mohd Saleh aka “Gabit” who once again took the spot in the SM Open category with his KTM. (more…)

The 3000th MotoGP race saw Dani Pedrosa (Repsol Honda) taking the whole shot from start to finish with a classic textbook win at the Gran Premio Red Bull de España.

Marc Marquez (Repsol Honda) and Jorge Lorenzo (Ducati Team) completed the all-Spanish podium spots in front of their home crowd of Jerez.

Jorge Lorenzo scored his first ever podium spot on board his Ducati Desmosedici GP17.

In a MotoGP full of crashes and drama, it was Dani Pedrosa of Repsol Honda who pulled a stunning textbook win at the legendary Jerez circuit in Spain yesterday for the Gran Premio Red Bull de España. Pedrosa who started from pole position blasted down the first turn and never looked back while the scene at the back went through a lot of action. (more…)
