A brand new Yamaha Y15ZR was presented to one lucky winner of the TuneBoss 2018 Lucky Draw Contest.
Mohd Fairus bin Abd Rahman from Ipoh entered the contest when he purchased a TuneBoss ECU for his Yamaha FZ150i.
The Yamaha Y15ZR grand prize will be fitted and tuned with a TuneBoss high-performance ECU before the official handover.

Hong Leong Yamaha Motor (HLYM) has introduced the 2018 Yamaha Y15ZR GP Edition.
Owners of the new limited edition super cub will also receive a Yamaha Y15ZR miniature model and fitness wristband.
HLYM has priced their latest GP edition bike at RM8,588 (basic price with 0% GST).

The Yamaha Y15ZR SE GP Edition is set to hit the market

Basic sales price of RM 8,891.28 with 6% GST but without roadtax, insurance and number plates.

Yamaha’s Y15ZR is by no doubt a popular kapchai, seen everywhere throughout the country. Launched in Malaysia in 2015 (click here for the launch event), sales have been and are still going strong. Similarly, there are already many Y15ZR owners clubs, consisting of thousands of owners.

Since then, there has been one update for the model earlier this year whereby new colour schemes were introduced. The Y15ZR remains mechanically the same as there is a need to – the design is sound and reliable.

That is why the Yamaha Y15ZR is hailed as “The King of the Streets.”

To commemorate the 2017 Malaysian MotoGP and Yamaha’s long-time active participation in the pinnacle of two-wheeled motorsports, Hong Leong Yamaha Motor Sdn. Bhd. MotoWorld initiates donation drive for Norizman Ismail

MotoWorld Malaysia will be running a generous initiative for the holy month of Ramadan for the fallen Malaysian Cub Prix rider, Norizman Ismail.

A portion of their total sales earnings from now until Hari Raya will be donated to Norizman’s family for the upcoming Hari Raya Aidilfitri.

MotoWorld Malaysia will also set up a donation box in their store located in Petaling Jaya for those who wish to donate directly to Norizman’s family.

The great folks over at MotoWorld Malaysia are running a charity initiative for the late Malaysian Cub Prix rider, Norizman Ismail. The well-known veteran rider who had a very successful race career in the Petronas AAM Malaysian Cub Prix races for many years sadly passed away earlier this month in Kemaman, Terengganu. (more…)

Malaysian Cub Prix: CP150 Rider Norizman Ismail succumbs to Crash Injuries

Malaysian Cub Prix CP150 rider Norizman Ismail from the ONEXOX TKKR Racing Team has sadly passed away earlier today following a crash in Kemaman, Terengganu.

The incident happened during the Timed Practice session of Round 3 of the 2017 Petronas AAM Malaysian Cub Prix Championship.

“Following a meeting with teams and riders, the Cub Prix fraternity collectively decided to cancel Round 3 as a mark of respect to a fallen comrade.”

It is a sad day for the local motorcycle racing industry today. Veteran Malaysian Cub Prix rider Norizman Ismail has sadly passed away earlier today following a crash during the third round of the 2017 Petronas AAM Malaysian Cub Prix Championship in Kemaman, Terengganu. (more…)
