Yamaha Bakal Hasilkan Motosikal Retro Berdasarkan MT-09?

Yamaha didakwa bakal menghasilkan sebuah motosikal retro berdasarkan jentera naked popular, MT-09.

Macam biasa, kalau laporan tersebut tidak diketahu asal usulnya, kami sendiri akan tepis dakwaan tersebut tetapi jika Young Machine yang dedahkan, lain pula ceritanya.

Kami berasakan Young Machine mempunyai kenalan ‘orang dalam’ di Jepun.

Berdasarkan gambar yang dikongsikan, pengeluar motosikal Jepun itu dikhabarkan bakal menghasilkan sebuah jentera yang diinspirasikan daripada era 80an dan 90an.

Penghasilan semula motosikal berkonsepkan retro semakin mendapat tempat dengan Suzuki Katana, Honda CB650R, Kawasaki Z900 RS dan Yamaha XSR900 kini popular.

Tambahan pula populariti enjin CP3 ditawarkan Yamaha MT-09 sangat ditagih tidak hairan jika jentera retro ini akan turut mengukir populariti sendiri.

Hong Leong Launches New MT-09 from RM 47,388

The Yamaha MT-09 has been a popular choice for those who wanted an aggressive big bike since its launch.
The new MT-09 has been facelifted and given a number of performance enhancing features.
Priced from an attractive RM 47,388 (inclusive of 6% GST but not on-the-road).

The Yamaha MT-09 has been a popular model for those who seek an aggressive bike and exciting riding experience ever since it was launched in Malaysia a few years back, and a facelift or upgrade has been expected to be forthcoming.

Well, wait no more because Hong Leong Yamaha Motor Sdn. Bhd. (HLYM) has launched the new Yamaha MT-09 tonight. Dato’ Jim Khor, the Managing Director of HLYM calls the new bike, “The Ultimate Street Fighter.”

Looking even more aggressive and radical than when its predecessor first hit the roads., the new model was inspired by its bigger brother, the MT-10.

Dato’ Jim continued, “Arrival of the new MT-09 marks another significant milestone for Yamaha towards its aspiration of becoming the desired lifestyle and recreation motor vehicle brand.

The engine is still the proven liquid-cooled, 847cc, inline-Triple but has now been hotted up with:

Quickshifter
Assist & slipper clutch
Traction control
Front and rear ABS
Fully-adjustable front and rear suspension (inclusive of compression and rebound damping).

The most striking features of the new MT-09 however, are the new LED headlights and taillights, leaner and sharper overall styling and components. HLYM will offer the new MT-09 in two colours called Night Fluo (Grey) and Tech Black. It will be available from Yamaha Big Bike authorized dealers from February 2018.

HLYM has set the selling price at a competitive RM 47,388 (inclusive of 6% GST but not on-the-road).

HLYM also previewed the Yamaha Xmax 250 during the event. It is slated to be officially launched in March 2018, and no price has been provided yet.

Yamaha Motor Japan telah mengumumkan bahawa mereka telah memperoleh beberapa buah paten motosikal tiga roda yang menakjubkan dari Brudeli Tech.
Syarikat yang bertapak di Norway tersebut memberikan tumpuan besar kepada teknologi automotif dan kenderaan Brudeli Leanster mereka adalah bukti pencapaian mereka.

Yamaha invests more on three-wheeled tech; purchases Brudeli Leanster patents

Yamaha Motor Japan has revealed that they have purchased some amazing three-wheeled motorcycle patents from Brudeli Tech.

The Norway-based company focuses a lot on automotive technology and their Brudeli Leanster vehicles are proof on how far they have come.

This purchase shows that Yamaha is indeed very interested in further developing their investment of their three-wheeled efforts following the Yamaha Niken launch at EICMA 2017.

Yamaha has revealed that they have purchased a bunch of patents from Norway-based Brudeli Tech who specialises in the leaning vehicle segment thanks to their Leanster bikes. The update was released soon after the launch of the Yamaha Niken or MWT-9 during last year’s EICMA show in Milan, Italy. (more…)

Motosikal Yamaha MT-09 SP 2018 terbaru telah diperkenalkan semasa pertunjukan EICMA 2017 di Milan, Itali baru-baru ini.
Mengambil inspirasi daripada motosikal Yamaha MT-10 SP, Motosikal MT-09 SP ini telah dilengkapi dengan pengemaskinian suspensi keseluruhan yang amat diperlukannya.

The latest 2018 Yamaha MT-09 SP was introduced during the recent EICMA 2017 show in Milan, Italy.

Heavily influenced by the Yamaha MT-10 SP, the 2018 MT-09 SP receives a much needed all-round suspension upgrade.

Other new features include traction control, quickshifter, LED projector headlamps, “Silver Blu Carbon” paint job and many more parts inspired by its bigger and more powerful sibling.

Khabar angin juga turut mengatakan yang akan adanya sebuah motosikal Yamaha MT-09 serba baru yang akan mendapat pelbagai pengemaskinian yang baru bagi tahun 2018.

2018 Yamaha MWT-9 three-wheeler finally ready for production?

Yamaha Motor Europe has released a teaser video entitled “Ride the Evolution” which may point towards the 2018 Yamaha MWT-9 three-wheeler.

Set on 25 October 2017, Yamaha will introduce a host of new bikes at the 2017 Tokyo Motor Show.

Rumours also pointed out that there will be a brand new Yamaha MT-09 which will receive a bunch of new upgrades for 2018.

Yamaha Motor Europe has just released a short teaser video entitled “Ride the Evolution”. Although the short clip doesn’t show much except for a few ninjas doing what ninjas do (I think), there’s a strong indicator that this might just be something that will make waves in the motorcycling industry.
