The Yamaha 135LC Fi Gets Vibrant New Colours For 2023 – From RM8,298

Hong Leong Yamaha Motor (HLYM) unveil a fresh array of colour options for its popular Yamaha 135LC Fi model.

  • The introduction of these new colours aims to provide riders with even more choices when it comes to expressing their individual style on the road.
  • The 2023 Yamaha 135LC Fi now available in four unique colour scheme.

 

The Yamaha 135LC Fi will now be available in three new and stylish standard colour options: Cyan, White, and Navy. In addition, the Special Edition (SE) variant will feature an exclusive Blue colour, adding a touch of distinction to this exceptional model.

Starting from October 6, 2023, the revamped Yamaha 135LC Fi will be available at all authorised Yamaha dealerships across the nation. The standard version will retail at a recommended price of RM8,298 while the SE version, with its unique Blue colour, will be available for RM8,798. Please note that these prices are exclusive of registration fees and insurance coverage.

As usual, with every purchase of the standard version, customers will receive a complimentary Yamaha safety disc lock valued at RM 100. Meanwhile, SE version owners will enjoy even more, as they will receive Sports Visors along with the coveted Yamaha Premium Basket.

The Yamaha 135LC Fi is  powered by a 135cc, EU4 compliant auto clutch fuel injection engine. With a maximum power output of 12.5hp @ 8,000rpm and 12.2Nm @ 6,000 rpm, it offers an exhilarating riding experience while adhering to modern environmental standards.

Ujian Sains TuneBoss Dedah Yamaha 135LC V8 Capai ‘Top Speed’ 126km/j

Kurang beberapa minggu selepas Hong Leong Yamaha Motor (HLYM) melancarkan Yamaha 135LC Fi, pengeluar produk prestasi motosikal tempatan, TuneBoss telah pun sibuk melakukan beberapa ujian sains terhadap model popular itu.

Sewaktu pelancaran di Litar Antarabangsa Sepang pada 8 Mac lalu, kami juga berpeluang menguji kemampuan 135LC V8 itu di litar namun berbekalkan ketinggian 175cm dengan 88kg, ternyata cukup sukar nak capai 100km/j.

Bagaimanapun, bagi memberikan bukti yang lebih nyata, TuneBoss telah meletakkan 135LC V8 di atas mesin dyno dan hasilnya kapcai baharu itu merekodkan kelajuan maksima 126km/j.

Video berdurasi 1 minit 45 saat itu juga bukan sahaja memaparkan kelajuan maksima malah turut mendedahkan kuasa yang dihasilkan adalah pada 9.4hp lebih rendah berbanding angka atas kertas, 12.5hp.

Bagi tahun 2022, 135LC ini menerima kemas kini yang besar bermula dengan bahagian enjin yang kini dihidupakan dengan platform silinder tunggal 135cc SOCH dengan penyejukan cecair yang menjana 12.5hp pada 8,000rpm dan 12.2Nm pada 6,000rpm. Kuasa enjin kemudiannya disalurkan kepada tayar belakang menerusi transmisi 4-kelajuan.

Sistem pembakaran juga lebih efisien dengan bantuan suntikan bahan api (fuel injection) berbanding karburetor sebelum ini.

Untuk pasaran tempatan, Yamaha 135LC Fi ini ditawarkan pada harga RM7,798 (Standard) dan RM8,198 (SE).

Hong Leong Yamaha Motor (HLYM) has officially launched the 2022 135LC Fi for the Malaysian market.

For 2022, the 135LC Fi is powerd by a Euro4 compliant 135cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine capable of pumping 12.5hp @ 8,00rpm and 12.2Nm of torque @ 6,000rpm, an improvement to the previous 12hp and 11.79Nm available on the old model.

Other major updates include a fuel injection engin replacing the carburator that was deemed too old for modern bikes.

The 135LC Fi also gets bigger fuel tank, 4.6L as opposed to 4L on the previous generation, hydraulic disc brakes front and rear, 17-inch wheels, and digital LCD speedometer.

New on the 2022 135LC Fi is a full LED lighting used for the headlamp, pilot light and rear light.

The 2022 Yamaha 135LC Fi now comes in two variants; Standard and Special Edition (SE) with the latter offered in Desert Storm colourway and features Yamaha’s premium basket. The basket now comes with a waterproof storage – for smartphone’ and USB socket.

Meanwhile, the standard colour scheme – Ruby Red, Crystal Cyan and Midnight Star – is available fro RM7,798 while the SE is priced at RM8,198.
