ARRC: Azlan Shah aims for championship lead in Round 2

Azlan Shah Kamaruzaman plans to overtake the championship lead this weekend in Round 2 of the 2018 ARRC series.

The Manual Tech KYT Kawasaki Racing Team rider has the advantage as Anthony West will be missing from the round.

Azlan is currently in second place behind Anthony West with a 13-point gap.

As we head towards the second round of the 2018 Asia Road Racing Championship (ARRC), our very hometown hero Azlan Shah Kamaruzaman is aiming for that very important championship lead in the premier 600cc category. (more…)

Azlan Shah Terima Motosikal Kawasaki KX450F Untuk Kegunaan Latihan

Azlan Shah telah membawa pulang sebuah motosikal Kawasaki KX450F serba baru pada hari ini untuk kegunaan latihannya bagi tahun 2018.
Juara ARRC (Asia Road Racing Championship) 2017 itu akan mempertahankan takhtanya pada musim ini.

Azlan Shah takes delivery of Kawasaki KX450F for training

ARRC: Azlan Shah Terpantas Pada Hari Pertama Ujian di Buriram

Azlan Shah Kamaruzaman telah mencatatkan masa terpantas semalam sewaktu ujian pra musim FIM ARRC 2018 di Buriram.
Azlan, bersama pasukan Manual Tech KYT Kawasaki Racing telah memacu jentera ZX-6Rnya mendahului penunggang dari Thailand, Decha Kraisart, dan seorang lagi penunggang negara, Zaqhwan Zaidi.
Hari ke-2 ujian akan berlangsung pada hari ini di bagi mempersiapkan para penunggang untuk pusingan pembukaan hujung minggu ini.

ARRC: Azlan Shah fastest on Day 1 of testing in Buriram

Azlan Shah Kamaruzaman clocked in the fastest time yesterday during the 2018 FIM ARRC pre-season testing in Buriram.

Azlan together with the Manual Tech KYT Kawasaki Racing took his ZX-6R ahead of Thai’s Decha Kraisart and Malaysia’s Zaqhwan Zaidi.

Day 2 of testing will commence today to get the riders ready for the season opener this weekend.

The FIM Asia Road Racing Championship (ARRC) kicked things off yesterday as Azlan Shah Kamaruzaman stormed pass everyone in Thailand for the official 2018 ARRC pre-season testing. The two-day test session started strong for our local heroes especially for the 2017 ARRC champion and his race-bred Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R. (more…)

ARRC: FIM Asia Releases Official Statement on Anthony West’s Disqualification

Anthony West (Akeno Speed WJR Racing Team) was disqualified from both ARRC (Asia Road Racing Championship) Round Two races due to ‘technical infringement’
West originally finished third in Race One and first in Race Two at the Buriram International Circuit
“Team Akeno Speed Racing had refused to strip the motorcycle at parc ferme for post-race scrutineering.”

Following the recent round of Asia Road Racing Championship (ARRC) in Thailand just last weekend, we saw that our home-grown hero Azlan Shah from the Manual Tech KYT Kawasaki Racing Team emerged victorious in both races of Round 2.

The race ran its course around the Buriram International Circuit which was filled with more than the usual drama and excitement. One of which would be Anthony West’s disqualification from both races in which he had obtained podium positions.

The recent ARRC (Asia Road Racing Championship) round held at the Buriram International Circuit saw plenty of action from all of the categories that took part from 13 – 15 April 2017. The second round saw Malaysian rider Azlan Shah as the double winner for both Super Sports 600cc races at the 4.554km track. (more…)
