MotoGP: Dani Pedrosa wins 3000th Grand Prix in Jerez; Marquez and Lorenzo Podium

The 3000^th MotoGP race saw Dani Pedrosa (Repsol Honda) taking the whole shot from start to finish with a classic textbook win at the Gran Premio Red Bull de España.

Marc Marquez (Repsol Honda) and Jorge Lorenzo (Ducati Team) completed the all-Spanish podium spots in front of their home crowd of Jerez.

Jorge Lorenzo scored his first ever podium spot on board his Ducati Desmosedici GP17.

In a MotoGP full of crashes and drama, it was Dani Pedrosa of Repsol Honda who pulled a stunning textbook win at the legendary Jerez circuit in Spain yesterday for the Gran Premio Red Bull de España. Pedrosa who started from pole position blasted down the first turn and never looked back while the scene at the back went through a lot of action. (more…)

MotoGP: Aprilia Lancar RS-GP dengan warna 2017

Aprilia baru sahaja melancarkan jentera yang akan bertanding dalam kejuaraan MotoGP 2017. Aprilia bersama dua pelumba terbaru bagi musim tahun ini adalah Sam Lowes dari United Kingdom dan Aleix Espargaro dari Sepanyol.

Sejak penyertaan semula pengeluar motorsikal berkuasa tinggi dalam MotoGP, mereka telah banyak mengharungi pelbagai cabaran dan kesukaran untuk bertanding bersama motor-motor yang laju terutama dari Honda dan Yamaha. Aprilia has pulled the covers off their MotoGP contender bike together with their brand new riders for 2017, Sam Lowes and Aleix Espargaro. Although Aprilia has been in the championship for a couple of years now, they’re looking into bringing the fight over to the other factory teams who have been dominating the top of the timesheets in previous years. During the pre-season testing over at Phillip Island, we saw that Maverick Vinales clocked in the fastest time in the three-day session. We can’t really know for sure but the new “double fairing” design on the Movistar Yamaha M1 might have contributed to the results eventhough it was the opposite for the nine-time world champion, Valentino Rossi.
