New Benelli TNT 25 launched – from RM12,990*

New Benelli TNT 25 entry-level bike launched in Malaysia with a starting price of RM12,990 (excluding GST).

Malaysian Benelli and Keeway bikes assembler and distributor Benelli Keeway Motorcycles Sdn Bhd (BKM) has just launched its latest offering for the Malaysian market, the new Benelli TNT 25. The new entry-level naked bike has entered the highly competitive 250cc starter bikes segment.

Aimed squarely towards entry-level riders, the TNT 25 has already been launched in other markets such as Italy, India, Thailand and Indonesia, with Malaysia being its latest addition.

Sporting a stylish exterior design, the TNT 25 was built using an arch-bar chassis frame design that is suspended by a pair of 41mm inverted front (upside down) forks and an oil-dampened telescopic coil spring set in the rear. Other notable highlights include 17-inch aluminium alloy wheels, all-round disc brakes measuring 280mm up front and 240mm at the rear, and a claimed dry weight of just 150kg.

Housed within the chassis is a liquid-cooled 249cc four-stroke single-cylinder engine primed with electronic fuel injection that develops 25.2hp @ 9,000rpm and peak torque of 21.5Nm @ 7,500rpm. Power is transmitted via a six-speed transmission that features a wet multi-plate clutch system.

BKM’s Senior Manager, Business Development, Communications and External Liaison Wan Najib Wan Daud states:

“BKM had received valuable recommendations from end-users to introduce a motorcycle model which is slightly lower in capacity to the current hot-selling TnT300 to enable them to graduate from their current machines to a more affordable, higher capacity motorcycle without having to upgrade their license.”

Available in two paint scheme options, he new Benelli TNT 25 carries an affordable starting price of RM12,990 (excluding GST). It will also include Benelli Keeway’s one-year or 10,000km warranty plan with additional three months extended warranty when buyers register their purchased TnT25s online at benelli.keeway.my.
