New 2020 Honda BeAT launched in Malaysia – RM5,555

Boon Siew Honda (BSH) conducted a very special Facebook live session where they’ve unveiled a number of interesting things, particularly the updated 2020 Honda BeAT. The unveiling was conducted by Malaysian rap star, Aman RA who also performed his Boon Siew Honda special song, “Semangat Impian”.

Back to the 110cc scooter, the 2020 Honda BeAT gets a host of updates which includes a new 110cc single-cylinder eSP (enhanced Smart Power) fuel-injected engine that is Euro4-compliant that offers great fuel efficiency. This new powerplant produces the same 8.7hp at 7,500rpm but has a higher torque of 9.53Nm at 5,500rpm – 3.3Nm more than the previous model.

The new 2020 Honda BeAT also carries Honda’s new enhanced Smart Architecture Frame (eSAF) that provides a more ‘agile, stable and comfortable’ riding experience. The new BeAT is also lighter by 4kg sitting at only 90kg kerb. Young riders who just obtained their B2 license should be a perfect fit for this Boon Siew Honda AT motorcycle.
