Shortly before the 2015 World Superbikes Championship (WSBK) season kicked off last weekend in Australia, famed Italian motorcycle artisans MV Agusta have finally introduced its new F4 RC superbike alongside its WSBK team. This comes shortly after the bike was leaked online recently.

Essentially, this is a homologation special variant of MV Agusta’s revered F4 supersports. According to MV Agusta’s release, it stated that the F4 RC is a “new, ultra-refined, exclusive fireball of a bike.” The F4 RC boasts a claimed power output of 212hp from its retuned 1,000cc four-cylinder heart, and tips the scales dry at just 175kg.

Another notable highlight is the addition of the AMG logos on its fairings, which not only adds contrast to the F4 RC’s somewhat ‘modest’ livery, but also clearly signifies the brand’s recent partnership with the Daimler Group via its Mercedes AMG high performance arm.

MV Agusta declined to reveal further. We promise to bring you more details and photos as soon as they are made available.
