Dainese takes over TCX footwear

In an attempt to further amplify its footwear offering, Italian apparel manufacturer Dainese has acquired another famous Italian motorcycle footwear maker, TCX. This takeover will indeed give way to a whole new line-up of premium motorcycle boots and shoes thanks to TCX’s vast experience and knowledge.

With this, Dainese strengthens its foothold as one of the best premium motorcycle riding gear collection from head to toe for all sorts of riding styles from daily rides, adventure riding, all the way to the more serious track day and racing stuff. Helmet by AGV, apparel by Dainese, boots by TCX. Quite a combo, eh?

According to the CEO of Dainese, Cristiano Silei, “Improving safety in dynamic sports has always been the Dainese mission. We are committing to ongoing research into innovative systems that protect athletes from head to toe, and are extremely proud of the operation we’ve built.”

“TCX shares with Dainese the passion for product and adds technical and development skills that are fundamental in motorbike footwear. I welcome the TCX team – we’re extremely excited to be working together,” added Silei.

With TCX being the expert in producing footwear especially for off-road use, it would be interesting to see their first new line-up offered under the Dainese flag. You should also be aware that it won’t come cheap because with a great brand, comes great price tags.
