Benelli TNT 25 Black Edition introduced

BKM introduces new Benelli TNT 25 Black Edition model priced from RM12,990 (basic with GST).

Benelli Keeway Motorcycles Sdn Bhd (BKM) has updated the Benelli TNT 25 quarter-litre naked bike range after announcing a new ‘Black Edition’ variant earlier today.

Assemblers and distributors BKM states that the move to introduce the Benelli TNT 25 Black Edition today was made following the positive reception that the Benelli TNT 25 received when it was launched earlier this year.

BKM’s senior business development manager, communications and external relations Wan Najib Wan Daud adds, “The introduction of this new Black Edition model will grant our consumers with greater choice whilst solidifying Benelli’s brand position in the local market at the same as well.”

The Benelli TNT 25 was introduced in back in January and was offered in two colour scheme options – red and green. It stood as the most affordable quarter-litre single-cylinder naked bike on sale in the local market with its basic retail price of RM12,990 inclusive of GST.

Besides aa stylish Italian design, the locally assembled (CKD) Benelli TNT 25 also comes primed with a pair of 41mm upside down front forks, 17-inch alloy wheels plus all-round disc brakes whilst tipping the scales at just 150kg. The 249cc single-cylinder heart primed with fuel injection healthily offers 25.2hp and 21.5Nm of peak torque as well.

Wan Najib confirmed that this new Black Edition variant remains mechanically identical to Benelli TNT 25 model the firm launched earlier. The only changes made here is the Black Edition’s adoption of a stylish new black colour scheme. Dropped from the line up now is the green colour option whilst the red colour scheme has remained on sale.

The exec also highlighted the unchanged basic retail price of the new Benelli TNT 25 Black edition at RM12,990 – GST included. Also included in the price is BKM’s offer of a one-year or 10,000km warranty.

Furthermore, owners that register their TNT 25 purchases online through BKM’s website will receive a three-month warranty extension on top of that as well.
