2020 Vespa GTS 300 HPE Super Tech arrives in Malaysia – RM33,300

Vespa Malaysia has been churning out model after model every month since June this year (except for November) and the latest one comes in the form of the 2020 Vespa GTS 300 HPE Super Tech. In the GTS range, this bad boy sits at the very top with sporty features and updated technology.

In terms of design, the 2020 Vespa GTS 300 HPE Super Tech still carries that iconic 300cc Vespa façade, with the exception of its black rims with yellow details, also found on the front shock spring and right side of the body panel above the pillion’s retractable foot rest.

The Super Tech also features a 4.3-inch TFT colour display which conveys all the necessary information to the rider from speed, mileage, ambient temperature, and fuel level. This TFT display is further enhanced with the Vespa MIA smartphone connectivity system which can handle calls, messages, navigation, and many more when connected to your phone via Bluetooth.

Underneath all that jazz lies Vespa’s latest and most powerful engine yet, a 278cc single-cylinder four-stroke 300 HPE (High-Performance Engine) that churns out a very healthy 23.8hp at 8,250rpm and 26Nm torque at 5,250rpm. Meeting with the latest Euro5 emission regulations, the GTS 300 HPE Super Tech can travel the distance thanks to its exceptional fuel efficiency at 29.4km/l and 8.5-litre fuel tank.

Other features include:

  • 12-inch two-tone alloy rims
  • All-LED lighting system
  • Dual-channel ABS
  • Anti-Slip Regulation (ASR)
  • New ergonomic seat & handlebar
  • Dedicated Vespa Super Tech body details, front shield & horn cover

Vespa Malaysia has announced that the 2020 Vespa GTS 300 HPE Super Tech will be priced at RM33,300 (excluding road tax, insurance & registration). Two colours are up for grabs – Grey Avio and Nero Vulcano. To know more, head over to the nearest Vespa authorised dealer.
