2020 Ducati Panigale V2 now available in ‘White Rosso’ livery

If you feel that the Ducati Panigale V4 range is a bit out of reach, the new 2020 Ducati Panigale V2 might just be the perfect solution for those looking for some serious middleweight sports bike fun, courtesy of Ducati. Their latest offering comes in the form of a new livery called “White Rosso”, a combination of Star White Silk with hints of Ducati Red.

Replacing the outgoing 959 Panigale, the V2 carries the same design DNA as the powerful V4 with similar riding characteristics and dynamics. It’s refreshing to see a white Panigale but to remind you that is still flaring with the iconic Ducati Red, you can find those colours on the rims, front air inlets, and upper half fairing deflectors.

While the V2 is not the top-end superbike offered by the Italian manufacturer, it still carries the iconic single-sided aluminium swingarm that’s paired with the 955cc twin-cylinder Superquadro engine that produces a respectable 155hp at 10,750rpm and 104Nm of max torque. This means you can still have loads of fun on and off the track.

That is further amplified with its sophisticated electronics package that includes:

  • ABS Bosch Cornering EVO
  • Ducati Traction Control EVO 2
  • Ducati Wheelie Control EVO
  • Engine Brake Control EVO
  • Selectable Riding Modes (Street, Sport, Race)
  • Ducati Data Analyser + GPS (DDA+ GPS)
  • Ducati Quick Shift up/down (DQS) EVO 2
  • Ducati Lap Timer GPS (DLT GPS)
  • Ducati Multimedia System (DMS)

We’re still waiting for the arrival of the Panigale V2 into the Malaysian market. Judging by the timeframe, it won’t be long before it arrives on our shores. Next Bike Sdn Bhd (Ducati Malaysia) impressively launched nine new bikes in June 2019 and we’re expecting some good news in the coming months.
