Rossi showcases full lap at VR46 Motor Ranch

Ever wondered what riders feel like when going around the circuit built within the VR46 Motor Ranch? Well, its owner which happens to be Valentino Rossi, showcases what it’s like to go around this flat-track-inspired dirt track and why it has been good for a lot of VR46 riders in the championship.

First and foremost, the nine-time world champion knows that other motorsport disciplines outside of track racing can dramatically improve the rider’s overall performance in races. This is why he personally designed this amazing flat track which helps riders to sharpen their riding skills without presenting too much physical strain and injury risks like motocross.

The video was actually produced by one of Rossi’s biggest and long-time sponsors, Dainese. A clip of him going around the VR46 Motor Ranch circuit was shot from the back where the Italian was ripping it up on his Yamaha enduro machine. Below is another video by Monster Energy explaining the idea behind the ranch.

Looking at the clip, we can understand how the VR46 Academy has given birth to a lot of young and very talented riders in all of the MotoGP championship classes. From the support of the academy right down to the facilities and expertise provided, we can safely say that there will be a lot more Italian in the MotoGP mix in the future.

As for the VR46 Academy itself, well, they’ve proven themselves worthy of respect with the presence of Francesco Bagnaia (Ducati team), Franco Morbidelli (Petronas Yamaha SRT), and Luca Marini (SKY Racing Team VR46 x Esponsorama Racing x Ducati) in the premier class next season. Rossi is proud, but worried as they have to fight against the future of racing which he had developed.
