The new Piaggio Motoplex Concept Showroom and Naza Premira Technical Centre for after-sale services
Naza Premira Sdn. Bhd., the official distributor for Piaggio, Vespa and Aprilia products in Malaysia, has updated its operations by bringing all of the three brands at the Piaggio Motoplex Concept Showroom at the Naza Automall, Petaling Jaya. This effort was made to further boost the excellent sales experience for customers in terms of giving them a total overall view of the three brands, which are now housed under the same roof.
Naza Premira Sdn Bhd has also updated its After Sales Division for Piaggio Group products with the set up of the Naza Premira Technical Centre, situated within the Naza Automall, Petaling Jaya compound. Customers still have the freedom to choose to service their bikes at the authorized service centres available around the country.
All authorised service centres in Malaysia have been given a complete technical training from Naza Premira After-Sales Division and Technical Trainer from Piaggio Asia Pacific in Hanoi, Vietnam. These service centres are now equipped with an exclusive Piaggio Advance Diagnostic System (P.A.D.S) that can perform several technical analyses such as downloading the Electronic Control Unit (ECU) Data that can be reset and reprogrammed while remapping and checking error code for any trouble-shooting.
According to Mr Farouk Faisal, CEO of Naza Premira Sdn Bhd, “By streamlining the after sales division we have gained good support from our authorised service centres hence there is an increment of 200 percent for Piaggio brand parts sales nationwide. We are currently holding more than RM2 million worth of parts and accessories and our authorized dealers holding more than RM300,000 worth of parts and accessories.”
Mr Farouk went on by stating “With this initiative, we ensure that our customers will have an ease of mind when buying any of our products where we provide complete services via our Sales, Service and Spare Parts,”
The Piaggio Motoplex Concept Showroom will have its official launching in the second quarter of 2017. It will be a revolutionary new retail concept showroom that showcases the very best of Piaggio Group. The new setup offers visitors an option to discover what makes the Piaggio, Vespa and Aprilia brands worthy of owning right here in Malaysia.
