Ducati Certified as one of Italy’s Top Employers for Third Consecutive Year

  • Received “Top Employers 2017”  granted by Italy’s Top Employer Institute

  • Certification awarded to companies that provide excellent working conditions, offering training and developing skills at all levels of the company

Ducati has been certified by the Italian Top Employer Institute as the “Top Employers 2017”. This is the third year running that the Bologna-based motorcycle manufacturer has received such high recognition from the institute that certifies Italy’s best companies in terms of their Human Resources.

Aspects that were considered for the certification were working conditions, training and development on all levels and further improving in the field of human resources. According to Ducati’s CEO, Claudio Domenicali, he stated that “We aim to distinguish ourselves not only for the beauty of our motorcycles but also for our ability to attract the most talented employees”.

Each year, a strict and in-depth audit was carried out by the Top Employer Institute called the HR Best Practices Survey to ensure validity of all results collected. This certification goes to show that Ducati has gone through high levels of care for their employees that made the bike manufacturer eligible to be certified as one of Italy’s Top Employers.

In reference to the Top Employer’s Regional Director for Brazil, Italy and Spain, he said “An excellent working environment has the ability to encourage not only the professional but also the personal and human growth of a person. The Top Employers study has verified and certified that Ducati has excellent conditions in the field of HR and provides employees with a wide range of benefits and proactive initiatives, from working conditions to non-monetary benefits and structured training and development policies, all coherent and in-line with the company philosophy.”
