25th anniversary 2018 Ducati Monster 821 coming in June?

Ducati Monster is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year and we heard that the 2018 Ducati Monster 821 is coming this June.

The first ever Ducati Monster was produced back in 1993 where the Monster 900 rolled off the factory floor.

This year, they’ll be celebrating the Monster with their latest and most advanced naked sports bike yet.

It has been 25 years since the first ever Ducati Monster rolled off from the factory line in Borgo Panigale which sparked a worldwide phenomenon. Officially introduced back in 1993 as the Ducati Monster 900, Ducati effectively created a brand new market in the motorcycling world that is the naked sports bike category.

After countless updates and evolutions, the Monster remains as one the favourites by many in the motorcycling community. To mark the Monster’s 25th year anniversary, there will be many activities planned by the Italian manufacturer around the world. From rides to parades, we’re sure that Ducati Malaysia will join in the excitement as well.

The 2018 World Ducati Week happening this coming July is also something that all Ducati enthusiasts should invest in. Happening from 20 to 22 July 2018 at the Marco Simoncelli Misano World Circuit, it is by far the world’s largest Ducati rally gathering thousands upon thousands from all walks of life.

For Malaysians who are keen to own a Monster of your very own, you can head to any of the authorised dealers across the country. If you can wait for just a bit longer, it would be better because we hear that the new 2018 Ducati Monster 821 will be launched in Malaysia this June and it is said to be the best Monster yet.

2018 Ducati Monster 821

Officially unveiled late last year, the 2018 Ducati Monster 821 is a classic combination of timeless styling cues and advanced riding technology. Inspired by the first ever 900 and embedded with high-end specs from the Monster 1200, the 821 comes ready with a full-colour TFT screen and Ducati Safety Pack which includes ABS, traction control, and selectable riding modes just to name a few.

The iconic 821cc Testastretta 11° V-twin engine produces a respectable 109hp and 86Nm of maximum torque. To makes things even more fun, Ducati will be offering the DQS (Ducati Quick Shift up & down) as an extra for the upcoming 821.

The 25th anniversary of the Ducati Monster is going to be epic and come June, the 2018 Ducati Monster 821 will be that beautiful cherry on top of a very historic cake.
