2021 Ducati SuperSport 950 begins production in Italy

The all-new 2021 Ducati SuperSport 950 has become the first new model from the 2021 Ducati World Premiere line-up to go into the production line in Borgo Panigale, Italy. Ducati dealerships around the globe are expected to receive their first shipment within the coming months.

This new model which carries a more aggressive façade thanks to some design cues from the Panigale series is said to offer the perfect level of sportiness for everyday use. This is especially visible from its full-LED headlights with DRLs and more aggressive fairings.

Other updates on the 2021 Ducati SuperSport 950 further elevates its safety and comfort while retaining exciting levels of sportiness into the mix. Powered by a 937cc Testastretta twin-cylinder engine, the SuperSport 950 produces 110hp at 9,000rpm and 93Nm of torque at 6,500rpm.

In terms of electronics, this beauty also comes with selectable riding modes, Bosch Cornering ABS, Ducati Traction Control (DTC), Ducati Wheelie Control (DWC), and Ducati Quick Shift (DQS). This is also adequate for some track day fun for those who are looking for a versatile Ducati machinery.

This model will be available in Ducati Red for the base unit, while the SuperSport 950 S comes with this colour option as well as the sexy Arctic White Silk. We’re not sure when it’ll arrive here in Malaysia, but our best guess would be sometime within the second half of 2021. Stay tuned for more updates.
