Credible sources online are reporting that that a new version of the MV Agusta Brutale naked bike model with a new four-cylinder powerplant will debut at EICMA later this year.

Firstly, this comes to no surprise based on the statement given by CEO Giovanni Castiglioni recently. The exec stated that things are “back on track” and the brand will focus strongly on its core models, the Brutale being one of it.

Experts predict that the new 2017 MV Agusta Brutale will use a new four-cylinder heart derived from its F4 superbike sibling (pictured). This will align the model correctly in terms of displacement and power figures against its rivals.

We can also expect it to adopt MV Agusta’s advanced MVICS electronic suite into its package whilst are semi-active suspension also seems likely. Notably, the new four-cylinder Brutale will be one of two new models MV Agusta will reportedly debut at EICMA this November.

The second model will reportedly be a three-cylinder special edition machine, but it remains uncertain of what it could be. We’re inclined to believe it could either be based off the F3, Brutale, Dragster, or Turismo Veloce models.

As for the flagship MV Agusta F4 superbike range, sources report that the brand is still a few years away from revamping it. Nevertheless, two new models is still something to look forward to come November this year at EICMA 2016.
