Nordschleife in the Northern Loop part of the Nürburgring--Innity--
Fancy an amazing looking timepiece with a history rich in racing? Normal watches are just not good enough for your taste for motorsport supremacy? Presenting the all-new Nordschleife 1927 24-hour anniversary timepieces. The Nordschleife racetrack is known as the “North Loop” part of the legendary Nürburgring.
To commemorate the 90th anniversary of the world’s most demanding race track, they have released these amazing timepieces which are beautifully made with good ol’ classic designs that are timeless. Of course being a product of Germany, the construction and built are of high quality as well.
Unlike most conventional watches with set dials for the 12-hour format, these particular timepieces have all of the 24 hours embedded right on the dials. This in turn makes them superbly suited for attending any endurance races at the Nürburgring.
The high-quality stainless-steel timepieces are available in two designs: The stainless steel Nordschleife 1927 Speedwhite Edition version has a white dial. The matt black Nordschleife 1927 Speedblack Edition version comes with a black face and a date display. Both watches have a case diameter of 43 millimetres (about 1.7 inches). A Swiss quartz movement keeps precise time.
The legendary Nordschleife racetrack, German for ‘North Loop,’ opened for business on June 18, 1927 under the name “Mountain, Racing and Testing Track.” The new Nordschleife 1927 24-hour wristwatches now commemorate the 90th anniversary of what is still undisputed as the world’s most demanding racetrack.
Nürburgring is a 150,000-capacity motorsports complex located in the town of Nürburg, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. The north loop is 20.8 km (12.9 mi) long and has more than 300 metres of elevation change from its lowest to highest points. Jackie Stewart nicknamed the old track “The Green Hell”.
