MV Agusta Menjadi Pengeluar Terbaru Terjejas Akibat Panggilan Semula Silinder Utama Brembo Di Amerika Syarikat

MV Agusta telah menjadi pengeluar yang terbaru terjejas akibat panggilan semula silinder utama Brembo yang sedang berjalan di Amerika Syarikat.
Hanya 27 buah unit motosikal MV Agusta F4RR dan F4 RC yang telah dikenalpasti dan MV Agusta US telah memaklumkan pemiliknya.
Tiada lagi sebarang berita dari MV Agusta Malaysia berkenaan sama ada panggilan semula ini menjejaskan motosikal di dalam negara kita.

MV Agusta joins Brembo master cylinder recall bandwagon currently actively running in the US.

Only 27 units of MV Agusta F4 RR and F4 RC have been identified and MV Agusta US has notified the owners.

No such news from MV Agusta Malaysia regarding the recall affecting the bikes here in the country.

The recent Brembo recall on their very popular PR16 front radial master cylinder unit has been joined by another manufacturer in the US which happens to be MV Agusta. The premium Italian motorcycle manufacturer has issued an official notice which only affects 27 units of the MV Agusta F4 RR and MV Agusta F4 RC built from 2015 to 2016. (more…)

Brembo Keluarkan Kenyataan Rasmi Mengenai Panggilan Semula Silinder Utama PR16

Setelah panggilan semula yang telah dikeluarkan oleh Ducati dan Aprilia di Amerika Syarikat berkaitan dengan unit silinder utama radial PR16, satu kenyataan rasmi Brembo akhirnya telah dikeluarkan.
Brembo menyatakan bahawa para pengeluar yang terjejas adalah Aprilia, Ducati, KTM, MV Agusta, TM Racing, Moto Morini, dan Horex.
Model-model dari tahun 2015 hingga tahun 2017 yang menggunakan silinder utama radial hadapan PR16 selalunya digunakan bersama dengan angkup Brembo M50.

Brembo official statement released on PR16 master cylinder recall

After the recall issued by Ducati and Aprilia in the US regarding the PR16 front radial master cylinder unit, a Brembo official statement has finally been released.

Brembo has stated that the manufacturers that are affected are Aprilia, Ducati, KTM, MV Agusta, TM Racing, Moto Morini and Horex.

Models from 2015 to 2017 which uses the PR16 front radial master cylinder are typically used with Brembo M50 callipers.

It was only a few days ago at the beginning of the year where news broke out regarding a possible recall for a Brembo master cylinder unit. Manufacturers in the US like Aprilia and Ducati have since released official notices to owners with bikes that use the Brembo PR16 front radial master cylinder unit which is typically used with the Brembo M50 calliper package. Panggilan Semula Brek Brembo Dikeluarkan Di Amerika Syarikat Untuk Ducati Dan Aprilia?

Satu panggilan semula besar-besaran untuk brek Brembo telah dikeluarkan di Amerika Syarikat yang merujuk kepada unit silinder radial utama PR16 mereka yang popular, yang sering kali digandingkan dengan angkup Brembo M50.
Khabarnya, omboh dalaman pada silinder utama yang diperbuat daripada plastik itu cenderung rekahan yang boleh mengakibatkan kepincangfungsian besar pada brek.
Panggilan semula bagi sesetengah model dari pengeluar motosikal Ducati dan Aprilia telah disahkan dan Brembo bakal menggantikannya dengan omboh silinder utama buatan aluminium yang baru.

Brembo brake recall issued in the US for Ducati and Aprilia?

A huge Brembo brake recall has been issued in the US in reference to their popular PR16 radial master cylinder unit commonly paired with Brembo M50 calipers.

Apparently, the internal piston in the master cylinder made out of plastic is prone to cracks which may lead to major brake failure.

The recall for some models from Ducati and Aprilia in the US has been confirmed and Brembo will issue a new aluminium master cylinder piston as replacement.

In reference to a recent report made by Asphalt and Rubber, the gods of braking technology Brembo has officially issued a massive recall on their PR16 radial master cylinder unit which is the master cylinder usually found together with the Brembo M50 calipers. (more…)
