HLYM introduces Yamaha MT-09 CKD

HLYM announces the availability of the Yamaha MT-09 CKD model that is locally assembled in Malaysia.

Hong Leong Yamaha Motors Sdn Bhd (HLYM) this week announced the introduction the locally assembled or CKD variant of the Ymaha MT-09 naked triple.

According t HLYM, the model is presently being built locally in its Sungai Buloh plant alongside the Yamaha XJ-6 series. The MT-09 also stands as the new flagship model in HLYM’s big bikes range offered for the Malaysian market.

Excluding road tax, registration, and insurance costs, the Yamaha MT-09 CKD is priced starting from RM45,000. The MT-09 CKD can be purchased at selected Yamaha dealerships nationwide starting middle of this month.
