• Modenas has launched their first ever Modenas mobile service for all Modenas motorcycle owners

• The mobile service is available nationwide within 30km of the five official service centres

• Customers can opt for this service for any repairs, breakdowns and even door-to-door service

National motorcycle manufacturer, Modenas (Syarikat Motorsikal dan Enjin Nasional Sdn Bhd or National Motorcycle and Engine Company) has launched its first ever ‘Mobile Service’ for all Modenas motorcycle owners nationwide.

The mobile service arrangement has been set up for the sole purpose of dedicating its great after sales services to be more convenient for all current and future Modenas motorcycle and scooter owners. Those who are unable to bring their bikes over to the Modenas official service centre will benefit greatly from this latest after sales offering.

Apart from that, the mobile service also meets the demands of customers with broken down machines that requires immediate attention. According to the CEO of Modenas, Mr Amirudin Abd Kadir stated that this new service is to help support and offer assistance for the Modenas motorcycle owners.

“As a start, the service will cover a range of 30km radius from the five official Modenas Service Centres located nationwide. In addition, the owners can also book for a door-to-door service appointments as well if they’re are unable to come to the service centres themselves.”

This new service will are available on weekdays from 8am to 5.30pm. The service offers normal service package and also bikes that still under warranty. Those who want to opt for the door-to-door service, you can set up an appointment by calling their customer care line at 1-800- 880-181.

There will be an RM10 service charge imposed when customers opt for this service excluding spare parts and damages on the motorcycles. As of now, only cash payments are accepted and any spare part replacement or repairs will require consent and approval from both parties.
